I spent two weeks in Kiev and I stayed at this hotel. Everyone was lovely and they helped make my first time in Kiev a great experience. Would definitely advise people to stay here.

Cold, dirty. Instead of hot water-cold. The food sucks, the waitress does, zhlobstvo. The only + floor heating in the bathroom.

Cold! The water is cold! Air conditioning is not working! Underfloor heating is not working! And smells of cigarette smoke all the time!

Horrible, beautiful design, Yes, but otherwise... Absolutely no comfort. The refrigerator does not work and it stinks, the water is not hot, but warm , ware elementary no. The big bed designed for two , Queen-size quilt. Such in General. But it is beautiful.

Without doubt the worst hotel that I have ever attended.
Cold water, heater broken, room not cleaned and towels not changed.
Returning the next evening at check-in we found other people in the room and we spent an hour to find our suitcase.

The receptionist don't speak english,

The 2 day I found other people in my room and lost One hour for search my baggage

nice hotel near the airport (10mn in taxi )spacius room ,clean,bar,no restaurant ,quiet,20mn from the center of kiev by taxi ,reasonable price .But you ave to weit verry long time in the reception desk to get your key ,there is only lukewarm water on the third floor and the personnal on the reception is lukewarm too.Big supermarket 20 meters from the hotel Breakfeast not too big but good

I recommend to visit this hotel OLGA FREIMUT with check. This... is not a hotel, so talking about the stars may not be involved. This "hotel" in the winter left without heating. Although no one warned us when we booked the room. The cold is terrific. To our complaints and requests, no one responded and refused us even a heater to give.
In addition, the bathroom (if I may call it) Thola cigarette smoke. ((( Even the light bulbs in the lamp over the mirror was not. The water in the shower cold. A strap which held the blind " really rocked. Even the holders for the towels in the bathroom were not. SO, if you want to stay in the freezer, then this "hotel"is the one you need.

We spent few days in November, the heating was OK, the hotel decorated and furnished very nicely clean towels and other toiletry were provided. It was only 15 minutes walk from the airport and good public transportation towards city centre.

Walking distance to Zhulyani airport. Big rooms, good wifi, air conditioning and hot water. Comfortable bed, all you need)

For this price it is better than expected. Not too accurate and luxury as you might expect, but clean and probably best in this area.
