Small rooms with cheap, uncomfortable beds. Friendly personal and boring breakfast. Nothing special but compared to other places nearby it is a real gem.

Old-fashioned rooms with the creaky wooden floor and outdated furniture. The hotel provides a parking place in the yard. Our stays were generally comfortable, but I wish the carpet and the sofa in our room were cleaner, and the walls were thicker for better noise insulation.

Hotel is ok for a short visit. Old but restored Soviet building. Rooms are clean and have high ceilings and parquet flooring, this is adding authentic feeling.. Cafe is not great. WiFi is free but terribly slow. It's quite close to Kiev airport which is nice.

A bit rustic but cheap. The guard asked for additional fee to keep the car, I was in shock. Was in 2011

The hotel is wonderful. A friendly administrator meets from the doorway, there is an elevator. The hotel has a grocery store and a restaurant. The room is very clean, aired in advance. My appartement was located next to the chicha bar and I had 3 nights during which loud music was playing till 3am. The reception service is nice some of them do speak English.

In Kyiv for the first time, I took a double room for two days. Every time we left the room we saw cleanliness because the cleaning lady constantly washes and cleans everything, I would not say that the rooms were ideal in some places there were cobwebs, but in general it was clean. I believe that park was renovated in the last few years, it looks great and beautiful now. Its is kept clean by the city. There is a small “lake” in the middle close to the place where children can play. Next to that is a place for outdoor exercise. Very nice!

Highest level in budget price. COMFORTABLE bed, soft towels, clean, 24h/7days reception, ...and I will probably get invoice/faktura if I want to which is not easy in Ukraine to get.

It is a small one level hotel. Close where I needed to be, bathroom smelt like old smoke and urine and the bed was very creaky and mattress was worn out . It was easy to find under a large mural. It is about 600m from the main rail station.

The room was Japanese some sort of Suite or something... all too well, a Jacuzzi really only tap water was flowing, and all the other "show off" Jacuzzi was not working. Very good price for 5 nights and lovely receptionist that stayed all night to make sure that place is safe. Internet is not good for working. Service is nice but the poor girl is by herself multitasking. Giving 5 stars for the effort and good response from the receptionist. The building lacks ventilation.(fresh air)

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and it's quite at night. Very good design everywhere, it's visible that place is new. The location is ok, it's far from city centre but if you are interested to stay closer to university district it's a good place. The hotel is dog friendly! Two of us stayed here for four days and nights. I love this hotel and will return. The staff are super helpful and multilingual, and go out of their way to help. Housekeeping is wonderful and it’s straight across the lane from a huge supermarket which has everything you can imagine. Wifi is fast and the bed comfortable. Highly recommended

Booked a standard single room through Booking. Honestly - I wanted to turn around and leave. It was stated that there is an air conditioner, but as it turned out not (although it is in the photo). The wall by the bed is stained. The laminate is in a terrible state, although the bed and towels are clean. Slippers are missing.

+ Convenient, comfortable, everything is convenient and within walking distance. There is a place for a walk VDNKh - A bit tired furniture, TVs and a little outdated hotel. But in general, it is very comfortable for guests of Kiev, even worthy if you come for a walk and you need inexpensive housing.

The prices are adequate, the room is clean. The only thing missing is a normal table, and at least some kind of kettle was installed.

As for people on a business trip, everything is fine. Cleaning, bed linen every other day, TV. Minus that there are no air conditioners. But in the spring everything was fine.

It’s great for the price. The beds are decent and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. The showers heat quickly and there’s a kitchen. The WiFi is the fastest I’ve seen in Ukraine so far. The best thing about this hostel is the location: five minute walk from the train station, mall, good restaurants, currency exchange, and taxis. It’s also directly across the street from the Ministry of Defense....

Good to make a short brake before your flight, but not more. The room in the hostel was without any (even tiny) window and without air conditioning. In winter it was warm enough and I can't imagine how it's to live there in summer. Only one plus: the bed was without bedbugs, at least I didn't meet/feel/see any :)

Truly stellar, guest-focused staff. Very patient with someone such as myself who has to use translation apps for everything with everyone from the hotel having very good English skills. Make sure you add on the buffet breakfast when booking!

Great staff, very helpful. The young girl that checked me, forgot her name, did an amazing job convincing me that the upgrade was worth it for the benefits. Will go back 10/10.
