We’ve stayed at Shelest place 5 times within 2 years and though we love the place, exteriors and interiors - every time we had to deal with smth broken. Twice we had to move to another house, twice we called for plumber, once we had missing bedside table lamps in the bedroom. I truly believe the place that charges ~$500 for a night (house) on weekend during the high season has to maintain the quality and some kind of level of the place. No excuses can fix the impression when you have to change the place at 10pm because the fireplace went crazy and all the smoke started to fill in the house 🤷🏻♀️

The restaurant was expensive but very good. That's the only advatage of this hotel. The rooms were very noisy and soundproofing was very poor. It's like I heard every in the neighboring room (even people walking and TV) as if it was happening in my own room. Considering this hotel positions itself as a quite getaway, it's a deception.

We’ve been visiting this place for having a quick bite and borscht and as food was quite nice I’ve asked for a cheesecake. I’ve been waiting for it for 25 minutes and as a result my waiter said that they’re out of a desert.
I like a food but highly do not recommend this place just because of a service (in a restaurant).

Very nice location for peacefull time. Wonderful nature around the place and stylish design make calmining atmosphere. The cuisine is quite good. Usually crowded on weekends, staying options is really overpriced. Still some construction works over the complex territory.

Good place, beautiful designer houses, everything in barn house style.

Friendly, funny and intelligent staff worked at my best friend’s wedding. Steak was a king size, fresh and delicious 🥩

In December of 2020 ago meals in restaurant was amazing 5/5. New menu, and i guess, new chief approaches was completely disappointing. Even coffee was bad.

I asked for a glass of wine. They gave it to me from an already half empty bottle which they left on the table. I drank 2 glasses. Had to pay 1700 uah for the full bottle that wasn't even full. The waiter lied to administrator that she told me so I could 'only order a bottle'. Administrator lied that the bottle was full. According to Ukrainian mentality nobody apologized or ajusted the check. I call it fraud. Better avoid this place.
