AntiHostel Forrest in Lvov

The pros: the price you pay in city center, a hot shower and security for your belongings.

The cons: if you’re claustrophobic this place isn’t for you. The temperature in the capsule is gross and uncomfortable. The checkin is not welcoming whatsoever, almost like we were bothering someone.

Compared to other hostels I have been the bathroom was dirty and this is a crucial aspect for me, but in general I liked it because the concept is unique and I really liked the privacy the sleepbox gives, tho my friend complained that the space between the bed and the wall was too tiny for 2 people, it would be better if the bed stairs were possible to move to make more space as well as the table (like change it for a wall table that it is possible to close). The natural wooden sleepbox had bugs (not bed bugs, more like because of the wood) so we were changed right away to another room, but check everywhere if you get that sleepbox just in case. Then we were transfered to the sleepbox #4 and it was super clean (I didn't like I had to make my bed again tho, I think they could have done it for us as a part of the apology for the bugs) the kitchen closes from 12.30 (now I know this is a common rule in Slavic countries but I still don't like it). In general, I would come back to this hostel if I were sure that the bathrooms will be more clean, the worst part was when showering because the water wouldn't go away and the level started to raise, when it was the half of my flip-flops (thanks god they have a platform) I jumped out because it was disgusting. It is cold but once we fell asleep we didn't really feel it. It is really quiet so it is good to sleep and have a rest. The price is fair. Hope this helps the travelers and the admin to improve and have the great place you can have ;)
