Great location within walking distance from tha main train and local bus stations. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast was delicious, good options and great coffee. Thank you!

It’s all good. The hotel deserves their 3 stars fairly, but there’s nothing more to it.
Best thing about this booking is location of this hotel as it’s just 14 mins walk from the main railway station 🚉. 24 hours desk, so you can arrive straight after your trip.
Expect the European price for booking even though you’re technically not in European Union, which is a bit weird. But I assume it’s just a policy of local businesses.

We have used this place for a few years now when we need to be close to the train station.. We always seem to get a small attic room, functional but a bit oppressive. Good breakfast and helpful staff, and the Air-conditioning actually works, even if we could not find extra pillows.

Working in Lvov for two days so chose here as have used it twice before. It does much quite well, but unlike many other businesses and hotels it does not have a generator back up, and as such we have no electricity for long periods of time. I do of course understand the warzone situation, but many others are coping far better. On the plus side the reception staff did a good job sorting out our requests and are highly recommended as a result.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for several days and we were completely disappointed.
The staff is nice and friendly and the room was OK. But the next morning after check-in we had no water. We called reception and we told that they were working on the problem. We waited and waited but nothing happened. We called office and they gave us the phone number of the hospitality manager but she was unavailable. So we called different people with the same zero result. Everyone just promised to fix the problem or they offered to move to a room of a lower category. We had to cancel a few meetings and our holiday mood was ruined. The last evening before check-out they finally gave hot and cold water. I started to take shower and... the shower head fell off.
Another point of concern is ice in the inner yard. Nobody cared to remove it though the yard was not that big and removing ice from it would not take much time. So visitors were exposed to risk of falling and getting their bones broken.
The last but not least is that the management refused to compensate for all the inconveniences. The excuse was that they cannot do it by technical reasons. They only gave us certificate for $18 that we can use at their restaurant in the future

Nice hotel not far from the city center. If you are traveling to Lviv by train it’s a good place to stay, as it’s not far from the main railway station and also you can easily reach main attractions from here. It takes 15 minutes walk to get to the city center.
The prices are fair and amenities is in a good condition. They also have Georgian restaurant alongside the hotel, where you can have dinner, if you wouldn’t go to the city center.

I don’t t regret that I stayed at this place. Excellent lactation, the city center within walking distance. Clean rooms, excellenht breakfasts, good price. Poor communication with the hotline, couldn’t get through and didn’t call me back))) I recommend this hotel.

Generally it is a nice clean 3 star hotel. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors

Check in early morning with intention to check out tomorrow at noon on my way to Warsaw, Poland. So far everything is as planned. Staff is curious and professional. Breakfast is included but there's still room for improvement.

Clean room, cozy bed, fresh breakfast, buy the most - customer service!! I've stayed in different hotels, not many locals 5 Star hotel provide have service leke they do. Definitely stay here my next visit Lviv!!

It’s not our first staying in the hotel. We like the cuisine, the rooms, the personnel. Everything is done for guests. One of the best hotels in Lviv in spite of three stars.

There's no road to the resort. Catastrophic. Trip took more then an hour from Lviv.
Beautiful design but low quality service level. Good food, high prices. Personal knows only few words in English.
Met there local gang bosses and guys from Ukrainian government with good looking hores.
