Very convenient location for not Bath and Bristol. We usually stay as a family and enjoy late breakfast and a swimming pool.

Service is excellent but towel get a bit of life. 
Stain on hand towel.

Big thumbs up for the staff arrange for bath tub, pool staff and reception.

Okay the room wasn’t the best cleaned i must say. Because there was a contact lens trash on the bathroom floor. But overall it was a good hotel for its price. Breakfast is normally better at double tree hotels with jam in little canned glass which is better quality but this hotel lacked it. Other than that the location is definitely something to be kept in mind. It takes approximately 50 minutes to go to the center with m1 or t1 bus. But on a Sunday those busses run on either 20 or 30 min intervals so it’s quite a bit of a hassle. I didnt try the pool or the gym but they looked good i must say. What i also found a bit annoying is that i got my room at exactly 3pm.. it wasn’t ready before but it’s a luck issue.

Fantastic hotel convenient for what I needed. What a treat to have a pool - well maintained and while it was popular it never felt crowded and always space in the sauna. Very friendly front of house staff and house keepers. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Kids meals are great too.

Amazing staff room was amazing met a lovely gentleman who works there. Who does amazing things for underprivileged special needs children. Totally warmed my heart.

Complete garbage. Constantly get the order wrong and their sandwiches are just a thing unto themselves. I have had free cafeteria food that is better than this... Didn't even butter the sausage sarnie roll.

Nice place for some food on the business park. Ignore the Starbucks part and try the great wood fired pizzas and pasta. Plus some really good Thwait's beers. Well worth a visit.

Good atmosphere, a warm welcome and decent coffee! Right in the middle of a busy business park so predominately business meetings going on. Parking could be an issue, I was just lucky with someone leaving at exactly the same time - my colleague has not been so lucky - so, something to bear in mind.....
