The location is very convenient, very close to the famous tourist spot. The facility was not very clean, which a little disappointed me.

My stay was clean and comfortable. The location was very good. The staff was helpful and available. The set-up was a bit awkward. The common room wasn’t the most welcoming.

It is good for students or solo travelers but not for couples or families.

Not too bad for a hostel. Close to the river and a lot of restaurants

It's a very pleasing experience. Everything is convenient, and the staff are invaluable. The best thing is its location!

Overall great stay, the toilets are the showering area was separate, lights sometimes turn off when it can’t detect you inside, but good size rooms, service was good, remember to bring a padlock.

The location is great but the hotel really smells bad. They need to put at least air refreshers everywhere.

Normal hostel, poor ventilation in the room but the price was low

The youth hostel is friendly, great kitchen facilities, clean and all equipment needed. Hostel dorm was clean, spacious and great view of Bristol harbour. Highly recommend, cheap and cheerful stay in a great location

Yha as always the best..we booked a 3 person room. The location is besides the harbour just in centre of all the hustle bustle as well as quietness! Only one downside the room that is separate than other dorm rooms is located on the top level. The heater or some pipe kept on making noise when ever the winds were strong or any flight went from above (I guess)
Positive side: the room comes with skylight..you are able to see stars and moon on a clear night..thus you can sleep glazing at the stars :)

Super friendly staff, good people watching spot outside, (weather permitting), coffee a little cold, cups need warming first.

Popped in for coffee and cake. Excellent Belgian Tart (that's the cake, I mean!). Great waterfront location.

We were there on Sunday just between breakfast and lunch, it was 11:15am. For welcome the waiter sad to us you have 20 min to ordered breakfast so few of us did it strait away. Half hour later we tried to order from the lunch menu but we were told at 12. Any way half of us left hungry and disappointed.

A quiet blustery Sunday, but the room feels nice. Friendly service, nice food. Superior fish & chips and a nice glass of wine. Just what I had in mind!

The food was good and the service was ok. Only grumble was the toilets.. of the 4 one was broken (and according to the sign had been for 6 weeks) one had no light and one had no loo roll. It was 7pm and the place was almost empty no excuse.

Great waterside bar. Serve food and coffee. Ideal for pre theatre drinks as very close by.

The long lasting popular entry in Bristol. Perfect for a pint before a night out and very well located on the Harbourside, where the heart of the city is. It is very casual and they do gigs all the time so whatever your music taste you will be entertained. Oh and they also do amazing meals for the day.

This is one of my favourite places to come when in Bristol - a fantastic spot for people watching and it has fabulous food. On my most recent visit we had just got a carafe of wine, when the waitress stuck a reserved label on our table despite there being other free tables. Felt really uncomfortable and awkward about the time after that and decided not to stay there for dinner that day.

Great restaurant to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday. Plenty of room for a large group without being too big. View across the river was great. Staff were very polite, friendly and attentive, noticing the little things which is a treasure in itself.
Food was all delicious, reasonably priced too. Wide variety of drinks selection. Good musical playlist. A sophisticated meal out for sure. Highly recommend a visit and we will return!

Excellent service and lovely food in this smart restaurant. The bar on the ground floor downstairs serves food from a desperate menu, and has comfortable vintage furniture. The upstairs is very spacious and airy, with great views of the canal. Works well as a romantic dinner choice, or for a large group social dinner.

The main attraction here is the location. Beautiful views over the river (although the reflections from the low autumn sun were blinding!) and friendly staff. Food was pretty good, but nothing to rave about.

Torn a little on this place. The food was excellent (we had the Sunday roast beef, which was perfectly done for our tastes, and they even catered to one of our group preferring his beef well done), but unfortunately the service was incredibly slow. We didn't have starters, so fairly quickly ordered and had our mains, but then it took a long time to get desert menus, and 15 minutes later we had to ask if we could actually order them! The deserts eventually arrived 1hr and 40 minutes into our visit. Far too slow.

A really nice dinner with my family, nice selection of wines and really tasty specials of the day! Good price and good service, recommended for couples as the view is really romantic if you grab a table by the windows.
