Great hotel and in a great location. Ideal for a visit to Cardiff for any purpose as location is highly accessible to different transport links.

Very close to city center and easy to commute.All facilities are provided. Also help me to store my luggage after check out. Very convenient.

But the room is quite small and no windows on it.

The room had a view of the trainline, was decent in size but seems the extractor in the bathroom was not working, made it known to the receptionist but not sure it was addressed till we left.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had such a great time. The hotel is in a strategic location in the city centre, very close to many stores, restaurants, and pubs. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, and the room had good amenities, though it was a bit congested. Thankfully, I was staying alone, so it wasn’t an issue.

There’s no parking available at the hotel, so if you’re travelling by car, I recommend parking at Cardiff Central Train Station Carpark, it’s just a 2-minute walk and reasonably priced.

2nd time staying here. Checked in but my room wasn't that really ready yet!! So, got free upgrade n breakfast for that. Much appreciated. Great location with best hospitality. Friendly n helpful staff.
Spacious n super clean room. Has AC n heating system as well during this winter season. Fresh n clean towel with body shampoo, hair shampoo n conditioner provided. Toiletries available upon request.
Definitely my to-go hotel in Cardiff...

The location is really convenient for getting around, with train and bus stations nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, and Cardiff Castle is just a short stroll away. The room might be a bit on the small side, but it has all the necessary amenities, including a kettle. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. It would be even better if there was a microwave! There's also a small Thai restaurant not too far away; we actually bought some food from there and ate it in the hotel lobby. Overall, it's a great place to stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Cardiff.

Guy who served me was one of the most miserable human beings I have ever come across. I ordered a breakfast sub, he didn't offer salad so I asked if I could have some and he said I could have 'a bit' in a rude manner. I am offered salad in any other store. Food was good though!
