Absolute disgusting. One towel in room for 2 people. Bed uncomfortable and dirty Filthy dirty. Toilet dripped all night. Tv did not work. No tea or coffee facilities Whole building stank of cigarettes. If I could give this a minus score I would. Just avoid and go anywhere else.

The room was noisy due to its location by the road (car noise), and the cleanliness was so-so. It hardly qualifies as a hotel. There were even people smoking in the room. I would never stay in such a place again. At 1782 for two nights, I would recommend choosing a chain hotel when visiting Liverpool.

Absolutely worst place I've ever stayed. Took us ages to find it as there was only a little sign above door. Was given the first bedroom on the ground floor next to the front door and all we could here all night was wind and traffic. Room was cold. Then heating wouldn't work. People were walking in and out all night being loud. There wasnt any kitchen facilities or even a fridge in the room. There was mould on the bathroom tiles. I would never EVER EVER go here again and wouldn't recommend anybody else. Yes it's £30 a night but I expected alot more.

Great customer service. Rooms were tidy. Supprisingly quite considering its next to the main road. My only fault i can give is there wasnt much room around the bed but for a single night stay i would highly recommend.

Great place. Really friendly staff. Perfect if you are on a budget. Doesn't serve food. But lots of takeaways within 30 seconds walk.

a little gem, very nice and modern rooms, it's room only so no breakfast but there's plenty of cafes on the walk into town, Anfield and Goodison are a 10 min walk and the docks area is probably 30mins
