The hotel is in a good location near the centre with good transpprt links to Piccadilly, the reception and breakfast areas are nice and spacious and therr's room to chill as well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfy and clean, the shower is spacious and the bed is soft and there's a nice tv as well. Internet is very fast. The breakfsst is also tasty and plentiful and it's only £ 8. It was a pleasant stay for a budget hotel, I would recommend it.

Didn’t realise the shower was only separated from the bedroom with a barely opaque frosted door. also you have to pay if you want a kettle and tea, but they give you cups and the room was so cheap, can’t complain with that.

I didn’t expect much from my triple room, especially as I paid just over £100 for three nights, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, and I had an incredible view from the 6th floor.
The reception staff were also very lovely and welcoming. If I ever need to return to this location, I will definitely be staying here again.

1 -be nice to have walking directions from Piccadilly rail station or a link ,

2. On arrival reception was ok ,checked you in gave you room key and advised about departure ,nothing about amenities be ridges etc etc

3. The room was fair  compact n basic

4. No kettle ?? Why we are British and like cup off tea ,how does one start the day ??

5. Shore -simple caravan style ,not a problem until you have a shower the water came out under the door and soaked floor ,had to dry up with mat /towels surely the bottom off the door should have a rubber seal on edge to avoid water leakage ,easily fixed !!! Or is that standard

6.tv remote very dodgy could switch on/off ended up switching tv off at plug poor to reset …… well maybe remote needs new batteries ???

Continue when switching pier off behind the tv it is absolutely filthy with dirt dust ,don’t think a feather duster been there for years with the muck

7 the bed was ok to sleep on however every time you sat up your head bumped on the light switch waking up your partner ,room was stuffy and cold ,I had air con unit on but that was noisy just managed 2hrs sleep so exhausted the day following .

Decent for the price. Location not far from train station. Took a cab that costs us about 4£.
Easily walkable. Receptionist was attentive and very smooth check in and check out experience.
The room had the basic amenities.

This hotel is absolutely awful. It's even smaller than a UK en-suite dorm room. The bathroom light is motion-sensored, are they afraid you'll fall asleep on the toilet or something? All the lights are terribly designed too – it's all one-button control. If you want to leave just a small light on, you'll find yourself blinded. It's either all on or all off, completely lacking any human touch. A 26-inch suitcase barely fits, and it's not even cheap. It's not close to the train station either; they say it's 700 meters, but it ended up being over a kilometer. Pushing a ton of luggage late at night on a dark, uneven road almost made me break down. The lobby doesn't even have a sofa or water. I went to use the restroom in the lobby and found it also had a motion-sensored light; I had to move around and make noise halfway through. It was so ridiculous it was funny.

The mango sticky rice in the picture is from a place called Trythai – supposedly a dessert. It was incredibly sickly sweet, to the point of being inedible. Manchester itself left a really bad impression. There's nothing to do, nothing to see. I never want to go back to this terrible city.

Disappointed in the front desk late check in service.
Room was quite cold despite turning on the heating.

Average service- ok for a budget hotel. Rooms are quite tiny
