DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly in Manchester

Great location to the city centre and friendly staff. They offer to store our luggage if we arrive early, or we can pay £20 for early check-in if the room is available before 3 pm.

Recently stayed in the Hilton double tree piccadilly for one night with my partner as we were in town for a friends birthday party in the city centre.
The hotel is conveniently situated only a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly station.
On arrival there was only one person on reception which seemed a little light as coach load of people turned up just after us however we personally didn’t wait long to be checked in and the member of staff was very welcoming and professional, he even told us the mini bar was free so to make sure we take all its contents which I though was nice of him.
The interesting thing about this hotel is they give you a warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival which is a nice treat/touch.
Room was on the 9th floor easy access via 3 elevators. Room was cleaned to a high standard and quiet.
Robe/slippers in the wardrobe plenty of hangers and a huge wall mounted tv.
Iron/ironing board in wardrobe, hairdryer in the drawer.
Bathroom had shower (no bath) hand wash shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
There was a kettle and separate coffee machine and all the condiments you would need to use them.
Breakfast was included in our stay and there was plenty or hot cooked breakfast options (buffet style) and fresh fruit teas coffees and pastries etc. I will say it was delicious and well presented.

We enjoyed are stay and would stay again.

The bed was huge, and the breakfast was very English, with not much else offered. The gym had plenty of equipment but was rarely used. The front desk staff gave out warm cookies, which was a nice touch.

Great location, apart from low shower water pressure, everything was great. Thank to help from reception staff for register a member for early check in.

First time staying here in Manchester, staff and faculties were great. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. First night we went to the bar ordered food which again was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

Very good location, 2 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. Very clean room. 
Excellent breakfast, lots of  choices. They even provide take away cups for coffee and tea.

Convenient location and comfortable rooms, with no worries about charging devices. Unfortunately, the front desk staff, Ms. *****, was arrogant and very unfriendly. There is a serious issue with discrimination at the front desk. Luckily, we only stayed one night.”

Reasonable price ; fairly delicious breakfast ; comfortable room with a broad view for the first stay
