I had a wonderful stay. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel which takes you into the centre of Liverpool. The owners were so welcoming and also catered for my restricted dietary requirements, which was very kind and made the trip much more enjoyable and less stressful. The room was also very clean and I had a great sleep every night.

Julie, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were in town visiting family and to see the changes that have taken place in Liverpool over the years. Mom and I shared a 2 bed room which was perfect for us. Having coffee, tea, water, and biscuits was always a plus! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others! There was free parking onsite which was perfect too. Julie even recommended a 9 person taxi to get us to the train station on time.

I stayed at Breeze last night on a work trip. The host is very friendly and welcoming - great communication, I stayed in Room 2 (single occupancy), which had an ensuite, tea and coffee, mini fridge, a decent TV, plenty of fluffy towels, ambient lighting, and a comfortable bed. Oh, and free on site parking. Breeze is excellent value for money, which was my main reason for staying ;) - value without compromising on cleanliness or basic comforts/amenities.

What a little gem of a place. Wonderful Julie greeted us and made us feel instantly welcome. We were attending a venue nearby for the evening so stayed one evening with ample parking and easy walking distance from Salt and Tar. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice with the cooked breakfast made to order ! A truly lovely experience and we will go again to explore Liverpool further. Fabulous guest house. Received a really nice warm welcome from Julie when I arrived. Room was lovely. Had breakfast most mornings when I had time before work, and it didn’t disappoint. Nothing was too much trouble whether I needed towels or coffee etc. I would definitely recommend, and will return if working in the area again.

We stayed at Breeze Guest House after booking to see a comedian at Salt and Tar nearby. The owners were absolutely lovely, and Julie especially went above and beyond to help us, offering travel tips, helping us with bus routes and train times, and just being so warm and friendly throughout. The place was spotless and had a real “home from home” feel. It’s definitely on the relaxed and laid-back side, their living space blends into the guest areas, and we appreciated the informal, cosy atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, and they were happy to cook it exactly how I like, especially the well-done bacon and sausage! The level of hospitality was great, and Julie is honestly one of the most welcoming and kind hosts I’ve ever met. If you’re after a warm, relaxed place with genuinely kind people, Breeze is a great choice.

Lovely young lady owner, very friendly and welcoming. Full English breakfast was good and the boiled eggs are perfect 👌 Bed/pillow very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. Free parking was a bonus. Ideal for a long weekend. Hope the roller skating went well ☺️

Came for a night as I was filming in the area. The host was very kind and accommodating to my stay! I told them I would need to leave around 6am to get to set, which is before the breakfast time, he gave me some different old breakfast items so I could have them in the morning whenever I wanted them. The room was spacious and well equipped, everything worked well! The bathroom was very nice, clean and well equipped. I had a lovely stay and would definatly come again!

Found this guest house on Internet. I was travelling over to Liverpool for an evening game at Goodison Park. I was met at reception by Julie's mother Norma who was extremely helpful and gave me perfect directions to Goodison. I told her I had to leave early for airport next morning and she was disappointed they could not accommodate me for breakfast but I said it was far to early and not to worry. I stayed in room 4 which was a very spacious single room with all you needed TV. Wi fi etc no complaints and comfortable bed. When I returned from game there was a note(nice touch) for me saying taxi was booked for 630 and not 7 as I requested and just as well as I would have been struggling to make flight. All and all a lovely stay (pity I missed breakfast as it looked lovely on menu) Liam
