It was a lovely stay but breakfast time was very hectic the layout was very different to other Hampton Hilton hotels which we’ve stayed in.

Hotel had provided basic needs. Bed comfortable, easy access to City centre. Breakfast was good, with nice variety of hot abd cold buffet options.

This is always my hotel of choice whenever I’m in Liverpool. I stay here regularly, and it never disappoints. The comfort, consistency, and overall experience keep me coming back every time. It truly feels like my home away from home.

I booked the cheapest plan, which was a double room, and since I was traveling alone, I had plenty of space. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and they even tidied up the room midway, so it was always clean. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, so it's a shame I couldn't have it on the second morning due to my flight schedule. I wish there had been slippers in the room.

Easy check in, voucher for onsite parking, taxi rank outside, close to Liverpool one shopping complex. A very nice complimentary breakfast can’t fault it.

Service was great. We were asked where we would like room. Picked upper floor away from lift. Great nights sleep, shower excellent. Only thing that didn't live up to the rest was the breakfast. It was very busy and it wasn't the best - filled a hole but nothing to write home about. Would definitely stay again

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

Great place for a perfect pizza! Nice building with a perfect atmosphere. Also the Honeycomb Slice dessert was absolutely delicious!

Had a lovely meal before John Bishop. Be warned it gets busy very quickly and we arrived at a good time to be shown straight to a table. Our pizzas took a little longer to arrive but it was so busy by then. It was fine for us though. Nice food

The has had a very "odd" taste and the manager said that is from the corn. We requested a non spicy pizza and the non spicy pizza was ... spicy. We requested to drink coffee before and the coffee came in the same time with pizza and they said that this happend because nobody order coffee before. The lady how came to take our lady looked very bored and all the time was rolling her eyes like disgusting.... and the bill came huge... Never go there again

Decent food, but very limited veggie choice - would be nice to have a couple more options. So have a look at the menu first if you're with a picky eater or someone with dietary needs. Friendly staff though, reasonable space and food.
