The room wasn’t bad actually but the drainage of the basis should have been fixed as it somehow was clogged. Water wasn’t drained off as quickly as it should be. The washing machine was a gem. There wasn’t any A/C conditioning in the room, but the weather in London in early June didn’t make it necessary.

It is a truly convenient location, just 5mins walk from paddington station. It is good for travellers who take trains across different parts of England. The room is generally well-maintained, except it was slightly slanted. Also, wish there was a coffee table so we did not have to use our luggage to hold our snacks while watching the telly!

Very convenient location 5 mins walk from Paddington station, great welcome on arrival, super one bed premium apartment with large comfy bed, super large lounge/kitchen/diner (especially for London), practical bathroom with loads of hot water.
Kitchen well stocked for preparing own food and well priced breakfast provisions available for purchase.
A great base in London which we will recommend to others and will happily return to ourselves.

Location of the hotel was superb - very close to Paddington station via the Elizabeth line from Heathrow. Manageable with the luggage as it’s mainly flat roads. Just about 7 mins walk which was great! Lift provided for the rooms and the lobby was beautiful. However room is kinda dark, may not be comfortable for some. Staff were awesome - super friendly and efficient. Mohit was an examplary staff who helped us out quite a fair bit! No daily cleaning unless you stay for more than 7 days - they clean every 7 days. Washing machine is provided which was a plus point! WhatsApp number was provided for easy communication. Check in only starts 3pm onwards and early check in is usually unlikely. Baggage storage is available! Would recommend Native Hyde Park to friends and family visiting London!

A typical English pub in a great area, located in the heart of Paddington, right in front of the Paddington train and underground station. Also facing the Paddington Hilton hotel.
Friendly staff and quick service.
Tried their fish and chips, and it was good.
Would definitely visit again if in the area or travelling from Paddington station.

A budget option in Central London, very close to Paddington Underground and GWR Station. Very convenient location to/ from Heathrow Airport. Among negatives; constant noise of water and hand dryers from washrooms, cold rooms and even colder attitude of the lady approving the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant area. Apparently she was the owner of the property. Rest of the staff was very cordial and cheerful.

Breakfast was good after a rough night but the pricing was a bit off for any changes to the menu. Suppose that serves you right for being fussy.

my worst nightmare, my cell phone, my passport and my money were stolen, someone broke the lock and took my backpack with all my things, I asked to see the images of the camera in the door entrance, they say they can't show me the images, until the police come and they would come the next day, a week waiting and the police never came. They told me that in the images they have seen someone who was not registered in the room in and out, that made me more angry, as it is possible that someone who is not in the room come, who provided the keys? the staff? It was all very confusing and in my despair they just told me that they felt it and that they could not do anything

Spotless and comfortable. Great location. Quiet. And no frills.
I was shocked walking in my room seeing how basic it was but when I woke up after my first night I had decided I LOVED this place.
The bed was perfect after a long day...the staff is so nice and knowledgeable...the breakfast is perfect (cold cuts, breads, cereals...amazingly tasty and great to begin a day with.)
I would recommend this hotel and would book a stay on my own again.

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.
