Everything is good. But just too noisy for my room from outside the window.

The hotel room was quite small and not ventilated well. The staff were quite hospitable and nice. I booked this hotel after a very nice stay last year for my sisters birthday and expected same experience, However this time, room was a lot smaller and no effort to make it special like last time. Overall okay stay and breakfast was nice and healthy!

The room was great, spacious, and had a nice view. The hotel is very close to Chinatown, with many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was also good, offering vegetarian options. The cleanliness was spot on, with daily cleaning service.

I stayed at the Clayton Hotel recently and found the hotel itself to be comfortable, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The facilities were good, and the breakfast was decent, offering a reasonable selection. Public transport options are limited, so you may need to rely on taxis or long walks if you don’t have your own transport. This hotel is better suited for those attending events nearby or travelling by car rather than visitors wanting easy access to city centre.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Despite not having its own car park, there's a paid public car park conveniently located right next door, costing £26.5 for 24 hours. Guests can check in and check out online, and then finalize the process automatically at the hotel's self-service kiosks, which is extremely convenient. The breakfast spread is generous, the rooms are decent, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. This was the most affordable hotel during my entire UK trip.

The female staff (not sure if manageress) at the breakfast venue was super attentive both days and went out of her way to ensure we had a convenient table as my spouse was in a wheelchair. She was very polite and provided excellent customer service. Truly an asset to the hotel!

I made my reservation quite a while back, but I was surprised by the 2200 price on a Wednesday night, as I usually see it for a few hundred to just over 1000. However, the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Oxford Street and the nearest tube/train station. You can also ask the front desk for a complimentary late check-out until 12 PM. The facilities are relatively new, it's conveniently close to Chinatown, and the service was very good.

The noise was unbearable. There's a bar directly across the street that was still blasting DJ music past 11 PM. I went to the front desk to request a room change. The staff insisted on coming to the room to verify the noise. After they heard it, they acknowledged it was the bar across the street and assured me it would quiet down in another 10-20 minutes. However, they didn't move us to a different room. I tried to get to sleep around 10 PM but couldn't fall asleep until well after midnight, which completely ruined my sleep and mood.

Nice clean Subway with efficient friendly staff. I popped in for a breakfast and the £2.50 deal for a bacon cheese and egg sandwich with a drink is good value and tasty.

It's subway. How can it not make you happy?! Footlights Italian BMT on Hearty Italian please. Lettuce onions jalapeños and sweet onion sauce.
