We stay here frequently and find its location great. This time Igor welcomed us. He recognised us as regular guests and it makes SUCH a difference and makes you feel valued. The staff have always been pleasant but don’t really make us feel valued. Igor is interested in you without being patronising or intrusive. He’s a great asset to your organisation. In spirit of constructive feedback…….we find the pillows very thin and mattresses somewhat hard. Perhaps this could be addressed?

We arrived to a friendly front desk and super quick check-in process. Our room was spacious and very comfortable for our 1 night stay, with complimentary drinks in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were pleasant and the hotel looks very nice but I wouldn't really class it as a 4 star.
Considering the price, the bed was like sleeping on a slab of stone and the pillows were very thin - I've had much more comfortable sleeping arrangements at a premier inn for half the price.
We did not receive a bathrobe or slippers as advertised, and the open plan bathroom layout is just a terrible idea resulting in little to no privacy, and the towels were also quite hard and scratchy.
The lighting situation in the rooms is also a bit wild. Can't turn the toilet light on without the whole bathroom area coming on, oh and there's a lamp but you can only have that on if you have the big light on in the room.
Overall, wouldn't stay here again, there's better for cheaper.

The very first impression was made by Ian who was there on Wednesday evening to greet me, Ian was so welcoming, warm and helpful he made a difference so thanks Ian.
Beyond this experience the room was spacious and well equipped. The food from the Gino Di Campo restaurant was lovely, well presented and supported with fantastic hospitality from the staff. Breakfast was good too. Thanks guys 😎🤛

Had a superb stay at InnSide - I’m struggling to really find a fault with it.
Excellent value for what you get. And what you get is a modern, trendy, comfortable hotel in a great central location (perfect for the convention centre). The fact there’s a fitness centre and sauna and steam room included makes this place almost too good to be true.
On my stay, the sauna could have been a bit hotter, and the steam room wasn’t working for whatever reason which is a shame.
Rooms are pretty unique in their layout, with an open plan bathroom area - this makes the actual toilet feel a bit like a cupboard but that doesn’t detract anything from it really.
Loved my stay here and this will be my new go-to for future stays in Manchester.

We had a weekend break at the hotel. The room was very clean. There is a minibar containing soft drinks and the room was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The staff from front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant and bar were all excellent and we will definitely returning in the future

Came here yesterday with my partner and absolutely loved it. We was really fortunate to be given a seat at the bar after walking in and found it to be a really great place with a great atmosphere. The food was perfect and had so much flavour. Also the staff were great. Would defiantly come back again next time we're in the city.

I went here late afternoon at the weekend only to be greeted by a rude front on house gentleman, that couldn’t be bothered and turned us away saying they are fully booked when clearly the place was less than half full.
I’ve been many times before but, will not be returning to feel uncomfortable.

Great Saturday lunch. Wonderful atmospheric venue, good size and well staffed. Service and quality were excellent even on a busy sitting. We had 9 tapas between 3, each very different and delicious. This was entirely sufficient for us but we couldn't resist dessert and coffee. All good.
