The hotel is usually very good we attend often. It as my husbands birthday and a good room however early morning we were woken by drilling and banding above our room such a shame as our day off - we left as it was not pleasant to hear or to stay in our room sadly.

The hotel boasts a distinct industrial style, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, the soundproofing wasn't great due to the wooden floors, and the ceilings felt a bit low. Upon arrival in the evening, the hotel's on-site parking was full, so we had to use the nearby NCP car park. Remember to ask the front desk for a discount code, as it brings the 24-hour rate down to just £20. Honestly, don't even bother visiting Manchester; it's quite dull. Breakfast was a typical continental spread – basic, but enough to fill you up.

This was one of the most satisfying hotels I stayed at during my UK trip. However, the front desk staff were unfriendly, expressionless, and showed no warmth. Such a cold and unapproachable attitude is quite rare, especially abroad. My Red Diamond room, despite being adjacent to very modern facilities, blended in perfectly. The design was excellent!

The loft bedroom can be dim due to only bedside lamps, would suggest standing uplights to highlight the pitched roof. Otherwise, good location, easily walkable to main shopping area, Deansgate etc.

Booked a table for 18 people for an evening meal - the staff were very accommodating and polite and looked after us well. When they discovered it was my birthday, a complimentary desert arrived with a candle :) food was delicious and affordable. The decor is smart and modern. All in all a great place!

Went there for a late lunch. Ordered focaccia and calamari for starters. Pasta and salad for main course. Focaccia was sort of wet at the bottom, calamari were very good apart from the 'lemon mayonnaise' which was just a normal mayonnaise, pasta was good but served slightly cold, salad left alot to desire. Practically tasteless. Red wine by the glass was specially good also the coffee. Overall quiet disappointing.

Decent Italian with a good bar area and a small produce section for shoppers. Coffees are excellent and can be bought to takeout. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I'd recommend their breakfast selection which is light and tasty. Menu is simple and quality is consistent. Not the world's greatest Italian, but a fine choice if pressed for time or wanting something better than a sandwich.

Food was good with big portions. but it was more expensive than I'm used to for teppanyaki, and the chef wasn't particularly entertaining.. Which is kind of the reason for coming to these places! Also.."Sapporo potato scallops"? Not exactly traditional and the cynic in me thinks it's just a cheap way for them to bulk out the meal.

Visited this place a few months back, really wasn’t sure what to expect but heard so much good stuff from others who had visited.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel super welcome as was my party, the food was amazing and the staff super attentive, constantly asking if we were ok.

I would suggest you visit this place and be sure to try the bullet train, it’s a great drink to accompany your spicy meal.

Was very happy with the food, service and entertainment. Having the chef cook your food in front of you and juggle his utensils makes the experience not one to be forgotten. Will definitely go again.

Amazing place. Dinner with a show. Everything is cooked fresh in front of you. I would recommend this venue. The food tastes fantastic and the staff that work here are good. It's great for a group of friends or a romantic meal with a different experience all round great place

Came here for a meal with work friday lunch. Won't be coming back again. £17 for a horrible chicken burger. Also ordered cheesy chips. Pretty sure they put cheese slices on there to melt. Won't ever be going back.

The place was rather empty so that I thought maybe people don't like it... but fortunately it's really good. Good burgers, good fries and good beer - and really polite staff. In particular I liked to sit outside at the river and that it was not loud and with noisy or blaring "music" (outside).

It was very quiet. The burgers were very nice. The staff was very polite and very helpful. We sat outside and the benches as the tables were a little bit dusty. But in general very nice.
