Great location, only a five-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient. The breakfast had a decent variety, especially considering British breakfasts usually offer the same few things every day... I had my fill after two days.

An absolute gem in the heart of Manchester!" I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn City Centre. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Piccadilly Station and close to all the main attractions. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet for a city hotel. A huge shoutout to the staff who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this is the perfect base!

The hotel's best feature is its location, just a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Station. The beds are large and the rooms are very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was clean with a modern bathroom/shower, the staff were friendly. One negative/annoying thing was that they changed their WiFi set up before our stay which mean that we weren't able to use Netflix or other streaming apps on the TV in the bedroom. If they sort this out then I would recommend staying here.

Hotel is nice and new, but parking not at the same building need to drive to public car park; no body lotion provide need to purchase from reception

I stayed at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre for a business trip and it was exactly what I needed, simple, efficient, and reliable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the station and close to everything, which makes it easy when your days are packed with meetings or travel plans.
The room was clean and comfortable, nothing over the top but well thought out. The bed was good, the shower worked perfectly, and after long days that’s really what matters.
Breakfast was solid and consistent, plenty of options to start the day right. I appreciated that the staff were friendly without overdoing it, helpful, professional, and present when needed.

Few minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. Right at the heart of city centre. Bus terminal, tram station, restaurants are all around the corner. Added value is the nice city view from hotel room.

The first room did not have an air conditioner. This is not make sense and the service was slow. However, they helped me to change the room after 30 minutes. Therefore, their service need to have some improvement.

Loved to eat here a couple of times a day. Very good choice of quality food at great prices.

I love subway! This place was a good quality subway however one of the staff almost just toasted the big beef melt without microwaving it. All Subways I've been always microwave and then toast it along with the bread and cheese. I sorted it out though and had a good meal but I forgot to get my subcard scanned, I wish staff would ask if i have a card when I'm paying.
