At check-in staff were very unfriended. The rooms were clean but outdated. The view from the window was great overlooking the water.

My stay was very enjoyable. A spacious room with a comfortable bed with all your needed amenities in the room. Price was reasonable over New Year’s Eve / New Years Day.
We had a room overlooking the main road but the rooms on the other side overlook the quay which is a good walk for anyone visiting Manchester.

It was a good place to stay. The only thing not good is the shower, No bath math no hair dryer. But overall it was a good stay.

Very expressive but only provide basic things. So expensive but still charged £10 for my one hour advance check in. Terrible. Will never come again

Lovely hotel for a weekend away for a concert with partner. Room was clean and, although a bit outdated, was perfect for a few nights stay. There was a mini fridge which was a great addition to use for drinks and snacks. The view across the quay was beautiful. Overall a great stay at the copthorne.

Very convenient location for the Lowry, a pleasant 15 mins walk away. The quayside is nice to walk along and there are handy shops in the locality for snacks and coffee etc. We found the hotel clean and functional. The info provided explained the hotel has recently had new carpets and beds in all rooms, and the next phase is replacing room furniture. The bed was indeed super comfy. The furniture is tired and in need of a refresh, as is the decor and curtains, and odd cracked bathroom tile. But it is obviously an older hotel , so you expect these things! It's good to see they are putting ongoing investments into an upgrade. Can't fault the cleanliness though, and polite staff. I'd stay again.

Front of house staff are very rude. Called for a take out and who ever answered left me waiting why he did what ever he did in the back ground for over two minutes so i had to hang up. Service is piss poor at its very best. Never again!

The pizza is quite decent. Same to the lamb biryani. They have quite a selection of options on the menu at fairly reasonable prices.

Me and my pals come here lots at lunchtime and the food is consistently good, never been a drop in quality... Staff may seem rude at times (though not in my experience) but I'm not there to make friends, I'm there to eat :-)

We went here last night 11/12/17 to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and the service we got was unbelievable our waitress was called Agnes and she helped make our daughter's birthday so special the food was great but the service was 5* there was another young man in there also who couldnt do enough for us would highly recommend this frankie and bennys to anyone

Eight of us came in late on a Thursday and we were served very promptly and politely. I enjoyed my steak and chips and everyone else enjoyed their food also :)

Went to this restaurant,14th Nov 6.30pm, didn't stay, music was so loud it hurt my ears. Asked staff about it, she said head office wanted it that way, walked out. Noticed that today as I passed by on way to another restaurant, no loud music??

Had a great time celebrating our grandads 87th Birthday and meeting out cousins over from Ireland. Our waiter was amazing !! There were 11 of us and he made sure we were all had drinks and our food was lovely !!! Thank you xxx

Had a nice meal with 3 other adults. The service was very good, even better considering it looked like there was only 2 people on the floor. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the cost was reasonable .
Only downside was car parking. While it is only 10p for 2 hours, we felt rushed having a 3 course meal.

Fantastic service from knowledgeable staff and the food was great too. Definitely worth a repeat visit and reasonable cost. I didn't mind paying the service charge and left extra but some may not realise this is added to your bill although it can be taken off if you ask and not a problem.

Good food, good dessert, quick service, friendly waiter, friend wanted to take half her meal home, he couldn't of been nicer and got her a box, and also put some extra sauce in a container for her to take

Mother and Daughter meal was made extra special by the staff at this restaurant. The food was beautiful and the Manager DENIZ is a real credit to the establishment. He interacted with all his customers and made everyone in the restaurants experience warm and welcoming. I will definitely be going here more often.

The ambiance and the staff were all excellent. The food was a nothing special and reminded me of a generic mexican restaurant. Service and decor were the best parts. Very expensive for main meal and the portions for the serves 2-4 nachos was not enough. If they improved the food it would be 5 stars easily.
