By itself it is a nice hotel. I was just unlucky because there was a fire alarm. Getting down from level 10 is a lot. Also getting up again as the elevators were still blocked.
Parking needs to be paid at entry. This needs to be done with an app that cannot be installed when you are not in the UK app store!

Great location, nice bar and great breakfast . However, very over priced, and a little busy / loud, especially when they are hosting conferences.

The hotel is only 10min walk from the Manchester Piccadilly station and a few minutes from China Town etc. The hotel is a bit old especially the windows.

The location is super convenient, really close to the Schengen visa office, less than a five-minute walk away. It's also very near Chinatown. The front desk service was excellent. However, the facilities are quite old and small. Remember to ask the front desk for a toothbrush and slippers; when I stayed, I couldn't get slippers because they said they were out.

Everything is good but the Wi-Fi not too well or I can say worst. But the location is perfect for me.

My room was no 1830 and the bath I could not use because the plug hole plug was the wrong size ,also the shower door was leaking so water went on the floor. There was no hair dryer to use . We could not use the safe as it kept coming up with an error. Other than that everything else was fine. The receptionist was very helpful and polite.

Location is good , but the hotel room looks old and not clean enough , as a four stars hotel they not providing any slippers for the guests. And the towels which provided look so old. And there r no bottle water provided in the room as well.

Location and room of this hotel was excellent. Recommended for traveller in Manchester. Easy to go Piccadily Gardens and Train Station. Restorant and Lidl juastvatound the corner. Easy to take tram to go to Etihad Stafium for derby game Man City vs Man United.
