Very disappointing stay for a Hilton.
Hidden charges for the pool and spa weren’t made clear, and staff were unhelpful when questioned. After paying extra, the facilities were a letdown — bad smells in the lift and changing rooms, which were outdated and poorly maintained.
The pool area itself is run down and nowhere near the standard expected. The room was okay, but the aircon/heating was extremely noisy.
Overall, not worth the money and far below expectations.

Great room and shower, we didnt book the castle view but was happy with the room. You do have to pay extra to use pool facilities.

Amazing service, excellent amenities will highly recommend this hotel, really value for money and overall was perfect for a short and long stay. We’ll definitely visit again soon!

Everything was fine, but we didn't have a good view despite paying for a high-floor room. Also, there was only one bathrobe in our room rather than two, but they gave us one more when we asked. And the bathroom sink drain had a problem, so water barely passed through. Overall, the breakfast, pool facilities, and luggage storage were excellent for us. My one less star for cleanliness was due to a dirty wardrobe we had. But the room was fine and clean.

Fabulous hotel, but the leisure facilities are now chargeable per visit. This is not clear on the website and is hidden behind a drop down menu

Unfortunately not what you’d expect.. lower grade hotels have coffee machines, robes and slippers and a fridge at least to make your stay better. Parking is somewhere near the hotel which is not cheap (10% discount). Breakfast is as you’d expect from any BnB.
Pro was at least at the pool you get £20 discount and free towels per person for use.
Overall not a great experience nor worth what was paid.

Very good location. Close to Queen Street. Plenty of shopping and restaurant options.

Great location and great view of the castle. Pleasant breakfast. Gym open 24h and limited times for pool and sauna. Would come again 👍

Full marks to the decor and staff, but the food left a lot to be desired. I had ordered Diavola pizza and it was served with think layer of cheese on top. So was the treatment of Margarita pizza ordered by my daughter.

Have been to Bellini's Park place several times now and have always enjoyed excellent quality food and great service. The menu is extensive and the contemporary restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere. A perfect venue for a pre-theatre meal, a special occasion, or an evening with friends.

Fine dining! Have been here with a group of 30 guests. The service was good and the food was amazing!! I can totally recommend this Restaurant. As soon as you come to the entrance you have to ring a bell to come in - this gives the restaurant a very exclusive image. The athmosphere inside is great!

Went with my wife and a another couple of friends for the taster menu with matching wine. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine, both the waiter and sommelier really knew what they were talking about.
Ok so, we visited again and had the 9 course taster menu. The plate size has decreased immensely one course compromised of two small slices of duck breast on some leaves, I left there feeling hungry, the food was 4 out of 5 but the service brought it down. We had the accompanying wines with the meal which were nice but if we wanted more water to go with the meal it took them a long time to get it and when it arrived the posh bottle only has enough to half fill 4 glasses, for a table of 6 this isn't ideal. The food is brought out with such fake pomp and ceremony that it puts me off asking anything about it. The wine details are good and the chap who makes the cocktails at the end deserves every compliment he got!
