Room was spacious and clean. Didn’t eat there. Hotel was in the middle of a very large car park which was in the process o being developed so the immediate environment was not attractive.

Our room door was open when we arrived and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Rang up and everything was resolved very quickly. Had some extras because of the inconvenience.
The room was very quiet so had a very good night's sleep both nights.

The rooms are perfect,but the bartender refused to make the easiest cocktail cosmopolitan, very disappointed, because his answer was I don't have the ingredients and he had everything in the bar

A tidy hotel with very friendly staff. Location is slightly out of town but has parking. Breakfast was basic but decent enough.

Great stay at Future Inn Cardiff. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location near Cardiff Bay is excellent with plenty of places to eat and things to see nearby. Free parking was also a big bonus. Would happily stay here again.

Room was hot. Couldn’t get it below 17 degrees.
Found food packaging behind the chair.
Hotel itself was all fine though.
Restaurant was quite slow and food was average but quite expensive.
A coat hook would have been useful.

Avoid if Traveling with Kids: Big Rooms, Hostile Service
The rooms here are big and clean, but the service was incredibly unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was hostile toward our children and made us feel unwelcome. Despite being prepaid via Trip.com, she repeatedly questioned our kids' ages to try to charge extra and even "investigated" our payment method. Most frustratingly, she refused to let us in unless we provided a card guarantee that was never mentioned in our booking. It’s a shame, but the judgmental atmosphere makes this a poor choice for families.

Lovely, have eaten here a few times and the food is always on point. The staff are lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble. Plus free parking you cant go wrong!

Having never been to Miller & Carter i was really looking forward to it as a birthday treat.
Upon arrival at 7pm the Bar was only staffed by one person. This resulted in getting a drink taking 15 mins (Poor chat behind the bar).

One seated i felt very hot and looked around to see other diners fanning themselves with menu's. Perhaps management could have pickup up on this and changed the climate control settings?

Staff i will say were the saving grace and my waitress was amazing and agreed to change the climate settings. Sadly for her she later had to come and explain our Steaks had been given to someone else in a mix up. A round of free drinks were offered and accepted.

I found the steak to be average at best, and far away from reports of melt in the mouth.
So 5 stars for our waitress. 3 starts for the food and experience.

Excellent service and food. No long wait, good attention to orders. Reasonable price given the quality, humorous and not intrusive friendly waiter, just right. Clean toilets with working taps and hand driers. The only issue is with seating being a bit tight in the booth.

Came today to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday, we were a party of 12 with a few younger children - the good was exceptional as well as the service we received. Our waiter was Jose, he went above and beyond, nothing was too much and he was very patient with the younger members of the party. We will definitely be back
