Room’s Carpets has several stains also bit old interior. Went to celebrate wife’s birthday which was mentioned at reception but nothing to be done as special apart from we booked 3 rooms. It has available some stores however hotel has very limited amenities.

Novotel as usual our prferred hotel made us feel comfortable like always. Though some issue in room ptovided, Novotel team made sure to fix it.

Special Thanks to Barbara, Elidich and one senior member, sorry forgot name during night shift helped.

In nutshell, Novotel as i always say make me feel Home away from Home.

This hotel offers a pleasant stay, though the older sections may present some minor challenges. Fortunately, a room change to a newer building resolved any initial concerns. The staff were generally accommodating, but service could be a bit slow at times. Overall, the positive aspects outweighed the minor inconveniences experienced. It's a respectable option for travelers seeking comfort.

The stay was really good overall the room was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay £16 for parking for the whole day. It would have been nice if parking was included in the stay or at least offered at a reduced rate for guests.

Apart from that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay

Stayed with family for a night. Its a great place for family with pool, hot tub, steam room etc. Restaurant in the hotel is very good. Very good location to avoid city centre traffic and still walkable to city centre.
Rooms are good, but can be maintained better and a bit cleaner. With sofa converted to bed, rooms appear to be small with not much space.

Fantastic Stay & Friendly Staff🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Cardiff City. Everything was exactly as I expected and even better. I had an amazing time with my family at this very nice hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was great. It’s a perfect place for families and friends. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent service.

The hotel was nice, as it has a lovely swimming poo, so na and steam room. Very few chair for relaxing in the pool area, some people were sitting on the floor with their towels. Breakfast was the same with bit of change in their biscuits cereal. Bad side for food is that they offered scamble eggs only, fried and pouches eggs and omelette they charge for them.

It was my first time at the hotel or in Cardiff, it was Xmas even they seem kinda busy check in was suppose to be 3oclk but when we got there room was not ready and the receptionists were just cool about that, had to go to the desk and ask constantly which s boring.

The hotel is clean but I think their cleaning management is not up to standard, I had missing items in the room, like towels and next day I had to ask for handwash gel 100 times as it was not replaced. If you book with them maybe get yourself a suite room unlike just an ordinary room. It is a 4 star hotel was expecting a lot from them.

The room air conditioner wasn’t working when we checked in and they didn’t have anyone to fix it in the evening so we had to spend the night without it that was not very convenient.

I feel like the cleaning service could have been better. Dirty towels left behind, cleaners forgetting their phones in the room, coming in to clean even if do not disturb sign placed and on checkout day before checkout time. It was very expensive for what was offered to be honest
