Love the rooms and service. Beauty pool with a great view. Friendly and professional staff. Loved breakfast by the creek.

Spending the day Creekside is what it’s all about. Watch for the Great Blue Huron and make sure to get a bag of duck food. They’ll swim right up to you if you’re in one of the Adirondack chairs folks like to leave in the creek. The rocks are a bit slippery, so bring some water shoes or grippy sandals.

It is an absolutely beautiful place. We were sad to go because of the wildfires, but they were so understanding about us having to leave early and didn’t penalize us at all. Such a classy, wonderful experience all around. The restaurant by the creek was amazing and worth the expense. The workout facilities and pool area were great!

We had an amazing time! Our suite was quiet, and our outside shower with the view was incredible. On our last day we scheduled a couples massage, and we both say that it was the Best massage we’ve ever had! I had Jenny and I highly recommended her!

The property is absolutely stunning but the service and fees charged were excessive and poor. We did enjoy our stay but were disappointed by several issues that occurred during our stay. For a property that charges what it does, we did not expect to have poor water pressure in the shower, cockroaches in the room and being charged and additional $150 in fees per night without getting much in return. The room was also not insulated from the smoke of the nearby fire, which the property did everything they could to downplay. If the property desires to compare themselves to the big boys, then they need to learn to deliver. Previous reviews mentioned the poor service but we decided to give it a try. Did not feel we got our moneys worth at all.

Everything is perfect once of the best resort hotels. I only say the check out time - 11 am is a bit harsh

Lady who checked us in was so condescending and rude. Won’t stay here again. Jacuzzi broken, patio closed. Main reason we wanted to stay was for our anniversary and everything was a miss.

The resort is like being secluded in the woods while be a quick drive or walk to everything.

The Cliffs of this resort is like a motel, the walls are razor thin and walking upstairs woke us up everyday. Also, it is nearby a busy street with lots of noise. One of the days the room was barely serviced, with just 2 towels provided, no coffee pods or bottled water. On the positive side the room itself was nice and spacious. We won't be stying here again.
