They were able to store my luggage before check-in, which was very helpful as I was able to go to Disney immediately after arriving. The park entrance is about a 10-minute walk away, and the surrounding area seemed safe. Since it was close enough to go home, I was able to tolerate some of the noise and cleanliness issues. Having a microwave and refrigerator was also helpful. The room was completely visible from the outside corridor, so I kept the curtains closed at all times.

The location was convenient, with easy access to Downtown Disney and the parks. Parking was free and right next to the room, making it easy to load and unload luggage and go shopping.
Towels were changed and a light cleaning was done every day, but since I only stayed there to sleep, it wasn't a problem.
The shower had a fixed function. The water pressure was adjustable, so I didn't have to worry about it. Other amenities in the room included a hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and iron. Shampoo and other items were provided, but you'd need to bring your own toothbrush.
I was happy because it was nearby and cheap.

Great location, pretty close to Disney
Although breakfast is not included, coupons for nearby restaurants are provided.
The counter staff are very nice and usually help if you need anything.

It's very close to Disneyland and the hotel is in great condition. You can walk to Disneyland in 10 minutes and the parking is free. Even water is 1 dollar and cola is 1 dollar.

Fernando was SUPER helpful! We were notified that we could check in early on the first day of our reservation. As most people are doing in the area, we went to Disneyland. Having the ability to save $30+ on parking by walking from our room to downtown disney every day was appreciated. We left at 4am the day of check out and easily dropped off our keys and took off.
The room is very clean and just what is needed for a budget friendly hotel stay. We will definitely stay here on our next Disneyland trip.

Desk personnel were helpful and friendly. Other Staff very pleasant and helpful as well. Location was great for walking to both theme parks..
Only draw back was no coffee maker in the room…there was a mini refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, iron and board. There was no way to make coffee as the cups were not microwaveable . Coffee was only available in the lobby in the morning only. Still knowing that now I would stay again and be prepared to adjust for coffee.
There was a nice discount for Denny’s given on the room key..
