Had a very pleasant experience here, except couldn’t check in earlier without paying more money. Arrived from an international flight from Korea through Japan so was exhausted. Room was comfy and staff were polite and helpful. Love that they had food inside the hotel, especially when weather is inclement.

I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle bus from LAX, had good reviews, and had a basic kitchen in the room. (Note: There was no electric kettle.) The bus driver and hotel staff were all friendly and I had a good impression. The free breakfast, while many reviews had mentioned, was simple but sufficient. If you want more, you can buy it at the convenience store on the first floor or go to Starbucks. The lobby was spacious, which was convenient when waiting for an Uber. The airport shuttle was noticeably less frequent than other major hotels, which took a while to board. Also, pets were allowed in the rooms for an additional fee (though there didn't seem to be any rooms specifically for pets), so I ended up getting some animal hair on my clothes after sitting on the sofa. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I liked it a lot, it was very close to the airport so I could see airplanes landing very close so it was spectacular.

Our family paid a housing deposit of 250 US dollars on April 11th. Up to now, the deposit has not been refunded and we have not received any response from the hotel when we inquired by email.

The room is relatively new and I am generally satisfied with it, except that it is a bit dark for me. The noise from the airport is acceptable. The gym facilities are good and not crowded. The swimming pool is a bit small. The breakfast is average.

We had so many problems! We never had as much trouble as there in a few days. The room was smelly and way to dusty. The sofa bed was terrible. My husband got an allergic reaction because of the dust in the room (not exaggerating. Didn’t happened in 3 weeks round trip). We got to change the room, then the air conditioning didn’t worked. It was way too hot to sleep. Then cold water run out as my little one was under the shower. (Not only uncomfortable but dangerous). Some of the personnel was very nice and tried to fix the problems,’others just didn’t cared. We were done after 4 days. At the end we changed for the third time the room and then the water was not hot because it was in an upper floor and the hot water was out of range. Overall terrible. Way to expensive for the lack of everything. Only good thing was the pizzeria outside the hotel. Unacceptable for a hotel of the Marriot chain.

Amazing!! Their salads are off the hook delicious! Somehow every ingredient they put together go extraordinary well together. That said, their avocado quinoa salad is a delightful feast in a bowl! Get it with steak and a side of jalapeno relish for an extra kick! The kale Caesar and Mama Chen's Chinese chicken salad are really good as well! Thank you, Mendo, for jazzing up lunch time!

Fast and prompt service. A bit of a hike if you are walking from the surrounding hotels. You can only enter the hotel from the front entrance. There is plenty of seating in the hotel lobby. I noticed there was free wifi as well.

Some of the Starbucks employees at this location are in the wrong business, attitude for no apparent reason and unprofessional would not go back again...

Prices are higher by ~20% than most Starbucks. Arguably because it's very convenient in the hotel lobby, and the hours are extensive, but that price difference is slightly irksome.

Starbucks is located in a hotel and you will pay hotel prices. Drinks were accurate and tasted good. It was very busy.
