Clean room, efficient and friendly front staff. Walking distance to Sunset Blvd, one way being a bit uphill though. Check in & out was easy process. Would stay again.

The room is tired, there is no view. We were given coffee but no water.
Vending machines showed water but they were sold out on every floor. The staff didn’t care and said I could walk down to Trader Joe’s if I wanted water. And then there is the $50/night parking fee that isn’t mentioned when you book. Overall none of us (we booked 3 separate rooms) were happy with our accommodations.

The location was great! It was a bit far from downtown, but everything else was relatively close. The facilities were a bit older, but if you rented a car, the parking lot was spacious, and best of all, there was a Trader Joe's right next door. The location was perfect. The facilities were... in Korean terms, 2-3 star?

The hotel is relatively old, and the parking lot charges $50 overnight and can be parked until 12 o'clock the next day. There is a strong smell when you enter the room, and you can't sleep well at night. The reservation price is close to 300$, and I will not choose Ramada next time.

This hotel has a great location. Once upon a time, it was THE place to stay in West Hollywood, particularly around Pride and other festivals. Nowadays, the hotel needs repair. It's clear they are cutting corners. Imagine light-blocking curtains that break, so they just rip them out and leave the room without them. Imagine fluorescent lights in the bathroom that need the ballast replaced so they can turn on properly again - but instead the hotel just leaves them as is and they struggle to put out a slight glow. Imagine contacting them to please set up the sofa bed because the two people staying in the room aren't a couple, and the hotel not only neglects to set up the sofa bed, they refuse to set it up other than to throw a bunch of sheets into your arms after you complain. That said, the location is very convenient if you need to be exactly in that part of town.

I grabbed a quick brunch here and was surprised by the quality of food and service. It was really delicious and fresh. Our server was really attentive too.

Great meeting spot for larger groups, still awesome for groups of 2 or 3 people. Expansive menu, friendly staff. Patio is nice when the sun is out!

Great diner atmosphere, good food and lots of seating inside and outside. Good for a quick bite too. Staff were not really attentive when you were looking for service, almost bordering on rude unfortunately. Gets really busy at times so plan accordingly.

24 Hour diner located at the Ramada Plaza Hotel with indoor and outdoor seating. This is your typical diner with a large comfort food menu. Not great food but not bad either. The service ranges from great to good to bad. Kitchen 24 has a full-service bar. This place is usually crowded especially after the bars and clubs close.
