For this price in downtown LA, it's pretty decent. They don't provide disposable toiletries, but you can ask for slippers at the front desk. What really annoyed me was the service. On my first day, after showering and unpacking, I found two large boxes of leftover food from the previous guest in the fridge. I called to have them removed, but was told housekeeping had left for the day and was offered a room change. After a 10+ hour flight, I really didn't want to repack my luggage. I just asked them to take the food away, but I was abruptly told I had two choices: either wait until tomorrow for cleaning or switch rooms. I was so annoyed!

The hotel's location and facilities are great, offering good value for money. When checking out, the hotel didn't inform me about the resort fees, but Trip.com promptly refunded them. Can't complain about that!

The hotel I stayed at in Los Angeles was right downtown. I guess American cities are different from back home; the downtown areas are mostly for business and offices, so there isn't much to see or do. Parking was also inconvenient and expensive. The hotel itself was very old, and the facilities looked quite dated. You really can't compare it to hotels in China.

The room is very spacious, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a Los Angeles Public Library right next door, along with a museum, and it's easy to catch a taxi to any destination. This is my second year staying here.

Room was great. Nice view. Complimentary coffee. Bathroom had a ***** hair in toilet seat. Everything else was great. Lounge on the 34th floor was amazing. The drinks were well crafted perfectly made. Other than that toilet hair everything else was great.

The hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles, a little over 1 km from the convention center, which is about a 30-minute walk. Parking is available at the hotel, but it costs $52 per night, which is a bit expensive. The parking lot across the street is $40 per day. The hotel lobby is very grand. The breakfast options are limited, and the rooms are small and a bit dated, but it offers good value for money, making it a worthwhile choice.

Nice hotel, especially the lobby. Welcoming staff that offered us several water bottles. The room is good as well. Bathroom was alright but the shower drainage was terrible. Within minutes the tub filled with water up to my legs and didn’t go down, which felt unhygienic and really put me off.
Also, for the price we paid and considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, it would be nice to have slippers and bathrobes.

Maybe it’s the center of LA, the room is small. The hotel is old and I doubt if it is really a 4-star hotel.

My wife and I walked away with the same thought: Café Pinot is home to possibly the best steak we have ever tasted. Will absolutely visit again next time we're in LA.

Awlful!! No valet, elevator to restaurant broken so needed to climb two flight of stairs, there for an hour sitting at our table waiting for our food which never came so we left to make it to the concert, no apologies, nothing. Worse restaurant experiences ever. They deserved a minus 10.

The food is amazing and the service is top notch. This is more of a traditional kind of french place so the food will take longer to come out than what most people are used to. The wine selection could use a little more work but over all a great place. Make reservations, you might need them!
