The pool was great. Hot tub was warm enough and clean

Parking is secured, rooms are clean & spacious, easy check in and check out (they sell timeshare). Only negative is you have to pay for wifi.

The door to the balcony was broke and difficult to open and close. There were ants in the kitchen so we could not use the kitchen. The maintenace man came at 11pm knocking to spray for ants. I spent hours searching for the perfect place for our family vacation and booked months in advance and now my kids will probably remember it as "the place with the ants". When I spoke with the manager she would not move us rooms due to no rooms available and would not reimburse me.

The room was nice, but once I arrived they were demanding me to pay again after everything was paid on full before I arrived, having to talk to the manager then finally common up with a lame excuse that it's the new computer. Next as you get ready to go to your room you are stopped and harassed to go on a tour to purchase a time share. There is plunty of parking but they charge you 25 dollars a day to park on thier property. This place is all about the money.

We had just gotten off our flight in San Diego to be informed by email that they had overbooked the property we were staying at and they were canceling our reservation. I spent over four hours on the phone with people playing the blame game trying to get a new reservation at a different property that would be comparable and close to the party we were traveling with but everywhere was booked. We finally had no choice but to be downgraded for something we had paid in full for two months earlier. Over booking and canceling someone’s reservation the day of arrival is extremely unprofessional and Very poor business practices in my opinion. Not to mention, that this was a pretty awful and unsettling experience for our family. Makes me very Leary to trust and book with ******* in the future

Do not recommend
Room had roaches so they moved us but then the next room had bedbugs.
Manager refunded my money.

This was a nice property and the staff is friendly; however, the parking garage is really compact and tough to maneuver if you don't have a small car. Parking is also $25/night which I wish I would have known prior to booking. We got a complimentary gift bag upon checking-in which I thought was nice, but they also tried talking us into going to timeshare meetings which I wanted no part of. Outside of that, the property seemed to be well maintained and relatively quiet which was nice.

Dont stay wont honor prepaid reservation
Didnt honor our reservation. When we arrived said the were overbooked and had canceled our prepaid reservation. Front desk front desk did nothing to help.

The room was clean and spacious. The paid WIFI is horrible. It's best to get a WIFI puck from the front desk. The problem was it was all checked out by other guess. We had to rely on our phone data for internet to complete our work. I would call the front desk everyday and they would tell me it was not available. after several days, I decided to walk to the front desk and magically they had plenty. They only clean the room once a week, you'll have to call and schedule the cleaning. Another thing I really dislike is right after you check in and get your room keys, they want to go speak with a representative pretending to provide you a gift but it's just a Time Share rep that's trying to get you to sign up. I've staye there several times now and this time I told the lady I'm not interested in Time share and proceed to walk to my car. She followed me all the way to my car just to get my information. Be prepare to be directed to the Time Share rep after checking in.

Kitchen was very nice. No wifi. They said they were working on it but according to other reviews its always this way. No excuse day and age. They try to get you into a time share meeting.

Absolutely loved it! I'm vegan & the veggie roll was a must have. I had a side of fried rice minus the egg & substituted scallions. DELICIOUS!! My server was excellent! I can't wait to go back.

Chef cooks at the table kinda restaurant. The chefs put up a shoe while cooking good to the orders. Very entertaining. The food was prepared nicely. They have the best dipping sauces, cooking sauces, and GARLIC BUTTER. They can be very busy for dinner at the cooking tables. No waiting most of the time if you just want to order like usual. A bit pricey for family dinner, because you are paying for the entertainment as well. Great cocktails as well. We tried the Cranberry Mojito and it was excellent.

Overall, a fun place for a nice date and group dinner. Ladies, your hair and dresses might get the smell from the cooking if you sit by the cooking table.

Dinner and a show. It was our first time eating at Benihana. Staff was amazing! I had there Hibachi Supreme. Highly recommend this spot. For all the guys out there that want to take a girl out for dinner this is the spot!!!

Good food. Pricey but appropriate for the taste and novelty of prepping food in front of customers. Appetizer soft shell was great but the place needs to upgrade on it's desserts. The green tea ice cream didn't taste like green tea at all.

I happen to love going to Benihana and decided last night that I still had a craving and needed to indulge a bit more after my birthday meal last week. I was extremely disappointed by the staff with the exception of a waitress that took over for our waiter while he was on break.

The service at best was subpar and has a lot of room for improvement. I called today to let them know the rice that prepared for me to go was still incorrect and to top it off had hair in it. The chef was so busy talking that he didn't listen to the request of each of the guest, so we all had to repeat things more then once.

I was met with attitudes from not only the staff but the manager as well. Even with the lousy service and mediocre food I still tipped well as I usually do.

I know that everyone is working to take care of themselves and their families but that simply means do better!!!

Needless to say I won't be visiting this location again. Hopefully they will get it together.
