Trylon Hotel in Los Angeles

Location is very good and walkable from Hollywood Blvd. Its a nice and cozy hotel with a very helpful staff. Check in and check out was easy and they allowed an early check in without any hassle. Highly recommend the place.

Great little quaint hotel located in the heart of Hollywood! All the major attractions were within walking distance and the accommodations were great!

It was a 10-15 minute walk from the Walk of Fame-Chinese Theatre and in a very central location. The room was very clean and they continued to clean it as we used it. Also, the man at the reception was very nice and kept our luggage for us. Greetings from Turkey.

My favorite place to stay!!! A place to go and get away where the service is always fantastic and where you are always greeted with a smile! They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!! 🩵

The shower in the room could be improved, as it faces the wall, not the person. It costs $10 to wash and dry, including detergent. Overall, the room is spacious and fine for a short stay near Hollywood Street. It lacked a safe. Mine didn't have a safe, but everything else was fine. It has a refrigerator and coffee maker. The receptionist, who appears to be the owner (Indian), was very friendly, except when he hinted at wanting to be my "friend" and tried to get close to me. (Which I stopped.) (Hey, don't get me wrong.) In life, you can't be nice to everyone. You have to be very careful about what you say and who you approach, because that can be very dangerous, especially if a man tries to approach a woman with other intentions. On the woman's part, NO INTEREST! ​​I'm a strong-willed girl; that doesn't intimidate me, but another woman experiencing it could feel very uncomfortable, intimidated, and harassed... and that is punishable by law! Long story short, the next day the receptionist called my room and apologized. (Because the next day I told him: Hey, that attitude isn't right. Be very careful what you do and who you talk to. I hope that attitude doesn't happen again.)

We booked this room because of price and location. We are totally happy with what we got!

We stayed in room 101/102. Rooms are cleanly painted and the crown moulding is a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and clean. It's a bit small but it's an old building and I think they really did a nice job making the rooms more contemporary. Window unit ac gets nice and cold.
Note: Parking is a bit weird, but because of the area, they have figured out a nice compromise with the gas station across the street.

No frills or extra amenities, just clean and basic with nice customer service which is what we expected.
We will be back here next time when we have concerts or shows in Hollywood.

Great hotel with a nice room and good service. It's simple and perfect if you're looking for a more independent stay, like an upgrade from a BnB. The bed is good, the TV has Roku and some options like Netflix and Sling. The shower is good! The front desk service is very nice and always smiling and willing to help. The only downside is that the hotel is just the rooms, and there's nothing to do there. Not a big deal if your main goal is to stay out most of the day like we did. Very close to Hollywood Blv.
