When we checked in they were painting the lobby so it was a bit smelly

The environment was nice, but the service was unfriendly! I checked in with a service dog, but the front desk wanted to charge a fee. Without even checking the service dog's certificate, they insisted on explaining what services the dog provided. I couldn't answer in professional English, and after a while, I was about to check out when the supervisor arrived and allowed me to stay.

Maybe I came back early the second night and didn't meet the homeless man again

Basic accommodation in a top location for Beverly Hills. Rooms are smallish & need some maintenance. We found it very difficult to move around the bed without stubbing our toes. The bathroom was a plain concrete finish which didn’t feel hygienic. If you can get a really good deal here it’s worth considering booking. Decor is very retro eclectic which tends to hide all the blemishes in the hotel.

It was an okay experience. Some of the rooms are just sooo small. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Prices are defiantly high for what you’re getting. All of the walkable shops and restaurants nearby are great. Hotel itself just isn’t great especially for the $300-400 range. I get it’s LA but 🤷🏽‍♀️ Our room code also didn’t work upon arrival.

Suitable for a short city trip, but not for longer, as you can't stay in the hotel except in your room. There's no room service, and the room isn't cleaned in between. The location is great—right in Beverly Hills. You feel safe as a single female traveler.

Had a very pleasant experience here, except couldn’t check in earlier without paying more money. Arrived from an international flight from Korea through Japan so was exhausted. I liked it a lot, it was very close to the airport so I could see airplanes landing very close so it was spectacular.

The room is relatively new and I am generally satisfied with it, except that it is a bit dark for me. The noise from the airport is acceptable. The gym facilities are good and not crowded. The swimming pool is a bit small. The breakfast is average.

Excellent distance to Universal Studios. Not the best location so try not to walk at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were so so. Phone didn't work and drain in shower didn't drain when we first got there. Kinda dark in the room. Not enough light especially when trying to do hair or makeup. But not a bad experience.

Location Near to universal studio, to be exact, we still need to take the shuttle service to universal studio. So it is near to the shuttle service station. No shopping mall or supermarket near the hotel. But there are a few fast food restaurants.
