I stayed at this hotel in August for a work trip. Overall the location and value is very good. The rooms are small but good for one person. I used the valet service for my car and there was an issue. I had to be at work by 6 am in downtown LA, when I went downstairs the person in the previous shift put my car keys in a different spot than they normally do. They weren’t able to locate ny car for an hour. I had to order an uber and they found my keys as I was getting in the uber so I had to cancel it. They said they would refund my valet and repay me for the cancelled uber. Upon check out I confirmed that they would issue the refund and they said they would. They never did, overall the customer service was good I believe it was just a mistake however it did create a big inconvenience for me as I was too late to make it to work in time for my collections so I had to go back the next day adding multiple hours to my work week. It’s not a malicious mistake but good customer service and attention to detail would’ve made me leave a 5 star review.

Everything was BEYOND PERFECT! This hotel is in the Heart of Beverly Hills! I loved everything about my stay. The room was super big and spacious, staff were extremely helpful and kind. Clean, beautiful, 2 min walk from everything you need. Honestly, this was the best place I've stayed in LA!!

Basic accommodation in a top location for Beverly Hills. Rooms are smallish & need some maintenance. We found it very difficult to move around the bed without stubbing our toes. The bathroom was a plain concrete finish which didn’t feel hygienic. If you can get a really good deal here it’s worth considering booking. Decor is very retro eclectic which tends to hide all the blemishes in the hotel.

It was an okay experience. Some of the rooms are just sooo small. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Prices are defiantly high for what you’re getting. All of the walkable shops and restaurants nearby are great. Hotel itself just isn’t great especially for the $300-400 range. I get it’s LA but 🤷🏽♀️ Our room code also didn’t work upon arrival.

Best location. There are markets very close, farmers market etc that was good. The restaurant in hotel was good.
I parked my car in same street 24 USD per all day, If I need to be in the center I would stay again. But if you need fresh air please control if the windows are opening or they are blocked with AC unit, that was very hard for an asthma patient like me, I couldn't open the window of the room. Room cleaning during the stay was extra cost. I left early bec I needed fresh air while sleeping.

The worst 4 nights of my life. I’ve never stayed in a more noisy room. This place is sold as a boutique hotel it actually doesn’t provide hotel basic services like housekeeping. Despite this, every single morning we were woken up at 7am by the vacuum or the cleaners speaking in other rooms or the hallways. The rooms are so small that you cannot even open your luggage, the windows are sealed but so thin that it sounds like they are open. In fact we were woken up multiple times by people outside our window or the trucks picking up the trash. There is no bedlights so you have to get up to turn the lights off, there is no parking except a 40$ a night valet. We paid to keep the car in the garage next door for 24$ a night. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location and the cleanliness.

Suitable for a short city trip, but not for longer, as you can't stay in the hotel except in your room. There's no room service, and the room isn't cleaned in between. The location is great—right in Beverly Hills. You feel safe as a single female traveler.

The air fan in the bathroom is so loud and the light switch automatically turns the air fan so the room is noisy. Also, the shower curtain is too short for the shower so water gets into the bathroom floor.

Had some time to kill so we stopped in for an appetizer and some dessert. The Korean Fried Cauliflower was delicious, as was this Strawberry Cheesecake! I'm always impressed with Cheesecake Factory, but this location was exceptional. Parking was easy, right out on the street, and the service was awesome

Had an absolutely terrible experience here tonight. We had already come from the Cheesecake factory at The Grove because that was 1 hour 10 minutes wait...so I phoned ahead to this one asking the wait and was told 10-15 minutes....after 30 minutes we were finally seated in a cramped row of tables, my husband was literally touching the person next to him. So we asked to move tables which they did. We then proceeded to wait 50 minutes for our food to arrive...both tables next to us had ordered after us and received their food and one table had left before ours was even out. The excuse was the enchiladas take longer than normal...don't believe it. Finally the food came out mine was cold which just topped it off. Absolutely bad service, we always leave a good tip...not tonight and most definitely will not be returning.

Went for a late night dinner to this location of the restaurant chain. The wait was not bad and as usual staff was very polite and helpful. However our waiter kept messing up on the order and did not remember the details for someone who has a very sensitive diet and although very cheery and friendly as a bit frustrating with which to deal. The food was fine but not as good as some of the other locations such as Redondo Beach. We found it necessary to continually keep reminding our server for items we had requested from the very beginning all the way through the end of the meal. They seem to be a bit sparse and skimpy on use of Capers and other condiments Etc. So it is not my favorite location especially since you have to worry about fighting parking at certain times especially for disabled people.

The service was terrible. Food had some heir inside. My appetizer came afther main cores.
I dine almost every Sunday at Cheesecake factory and this was the one and only worst place I ever been. Starting from manager to the waiters are all unprofessionals. They don't have customer service training skills, they don't have any hospitality skills.
And for the cooks there are no words I can express, food was greasy, and other orders was so disturbing I send it straight back.

Celebrities everywhere oh my goodness but they have to live a life I took some pictures here and there snuck the man but I love the food here. Once I go back to my country in South Korea I will definitely show my cousins of all the celebrity pictures I took of people walking around people in the restaurant really popular people love this place.

Ok restaurant but nothing great or impressive or creative. Good location and friendly staff. Big letdown was on the French toast, menu said it came with maple syrup but it was definitely corn syrup. Waitress assured it was maple syrup but I'm no fool. Either it was maple flavored corn syrup, mixed with a it of real maple syrup or very very low quality syrup. You can't fool a Canadian who had real maple syrup every week since being a kid! Latte was so-so.

The food isn’t worth the wait. I’ve eaten several times at this establishment every time it is a let down. Today I ordered breakfast and patiently waited an hour for a messed up order. It’s not rocket science to prepare food & place it into a bag & hand it off to a delivery boy. HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP! LITERALLY ITS INSANE TO ME THAT SOMEONE COULD MESS THAT UP! On top of that my food came horribly packaged and very distasteful.

Not sure we are talking about the same restaurant .I ate here about a month ago I felt like I was dying ..I wanted to report it to the board of health ..I took a togo container and my brother said where did u get that food it had me dying ...not sure if I got a bad batch or what but the food tasted good but what came after was the worst...Not sure what happened here but I almost dyed and im healthy ..no restrictions ..the food I ordered looked. Good tasted good but almost gave me a heart attack and other things I wont mention.. I dont want to take it personal so Il leave it there

The prices were right for the Beverly Hills area short walk from my hotel room great ambiance nice table sharing the sidewalk food was fantastic place to eat when you're in the Wilshire District

There are so many great Italian places to eat but Il Fornaio is always the most consistent for grilled seafood, handmade pasta and beautiful desserts. My parents always loved the vibe and freshly baked bread. We were there yesterday and had great food, great service and a new dessert that was amazing! The Spumoni ice cream. I don't what they did to it but it was phenomenal!! Going back soon!!

Good place for a pizza or any pasta bowl. Seating by the kitchen is fun when alone. Street tables are not really comfortable.

The food was amazing. I love the pizza here. Also the Ceasers salad is great too. A bit expensive since i can get the same food at a much cheaper place though.
