Room Was Nice, Everything Worked Just Fine To me! I Would Recommend This Stay!

Staff is very friendly. Front desk guy help me with smooth checkin. Room was very big and clean compare to price I paid. Due to downtown there are homeless people, but good thing they do not visit property. Overall, this will be my place to stay in Sacramento.

Everything was awesome. It was just a one night stay but the room had everything we needed. I mean if we wanted to be picky I would say the pillows could be bigger but it was very comfortable.

Many things were broken in it, the towel hanger, the door lock for the bathroom, etc. The covers were the bed were also inside out and barely covered the bed. The bed was also extremely squeaky and I felt like I was going to break it if I moved it. The TV also did not work.

Although the staff was nice, the place stinks of cigarettes, is dirty, neglected, and has bedbugs. Everything was horrible.

Strong smoking smell despite the room being non smoking. Dirty beds and linen. Terribly noisy property with a broken restroom facility.

Check in took too long and the attendant seem to have issues handling a reservation that was paid for in advance.

This hotel is really worn out bad he's an entire upgrade on everything. The bed extraordinarily uncomfortable you can hear the springs. Cigarette burn marks in the sheets cigarette burn marks on the table it's just a bit of hotel. I almost didn't stay despite already paying non-refundable
