Parking Easy, near downtown and mid-town and hospital, Starbucks in lobby was great

Carla who checked is in was friendly and informative. Room was clean. Liked shower set up with handle on one side, on the other and sliding shower door. No place that we saw to hang coats/jackets was a negative.

Problems with the toilet constantly running. The internet kept going out. Most of the staff was less than friendly. The hotel is conveniently located to UC Davis. Otherwise, probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and orderly. Plan on staying again.

It looks like a hotel from the early 1990s in China. While the rooms are reasonably well maintained, they're generally dated. The USB charging port by the bed isn't working. The air conditioner is too loud to sleep on. Breakfast is served in the lobby cafe; there's no buffet. It's a standard hotel.

Toilet broke at 4am and flooded my room. Refunded the night and gave me breakfast but was expecting to speak to the manager at least but he never appeared. Night staff should know location and how to turn off water valves.

I was reserved with two queen beds but when I arrived it was reserved with one king bed. I had to show the proof of my reservation.
