Great location with lovely views! It's super close to Santa Fe Station, making it really convenient for catching trains and trolleys. Awesome, awesome, awesome!

A nice hotel overall. The parking fee was a bit high, and breakfast was simple, but everything else was great, especially the excellent location.

Lots of ants. Unfriendly Black staff. Poor mid-night cleaning (some hair left in the trash can and bathroom).

Considering all of this, I think it is very poor value for the price. Even putting aside the other issues, ants kept appearing. While lying in bed, one would occasionally crawl on my body, and there were a significant number on the floor.

A perfect booking! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the USS Midway Museum and the 'Kissing Sailor' statue. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely book here again if I return.

The front desk service was excellent 👍. After checking out, I realized I'd left my watch in the room. The front desk immediately reissued a key card, and I was able to retrieve it without any hassle. The room was very new, clean, and tidy. The location is great; you can walk to all the seaside attractions. It's also very close to the Santa Fe train station, making it super convenient to take the train to Irvine. Being downtown, it's easy to get around with Uber or the Trolley.

This is not a 4 star hotel! It’s a hotel that is struggling to keep up with quality and service.
Despite saying rooms have been refurbished, they still need work! Carpets are frayed, comforter had make up on from previous occupant, bathroom door has dirty brown marks on it, shower door did not work, the faucets drain water all over sink area. A tired hotel that is in need of love!
The air conditioning works but it need to be cranked up, as the comforter is so hot, you can’t get a break from the heat overnight! We asked for a lighter comforter or two singles to allow our limbs to be out of the bed to be able to cool, to which two extra large comforters were placed on the bed instead! Insane!
As for the bar area, wine poured to the rim into small glasses and no larger wine glasses were in stock! Bar snacks were obviously from the freezer and heated up. The flat bread dough was still uncooked. Yet for a couple of drinks and two appetizers, we were charged $92.
The hotel is a poor representation of Westins, and we are members of Marriott BonVoy and this has completely let the group down.
If you are here for one night as a flight crew stopover or attending a conference (of which there are many such people seen), maybe it’s not a problem but we are here to celebrate a special occasion and this was a total let down! We shouldn’t have to ask for repairs/clean water glasses etc. The US usually has high standards for hotels, not at this one. Sorry!

I stayed there for a weekend. Location is in the middle between little Italy and galamp. It is on the quieter side of town. Recently renovated rooms but not fully new. The bed is comfortable and I love the comforter. Views of the rooms are not so much. Service was okay. I had to switch my room as it was noisy due to the elevator. Second room was okay. Good pool and gyms. Elevator was tricky as I was staying on the 24th floor. I had to send the elevator that is limited to the 23rd floor so I can get another elevator that would get me to the 24th floor

Smack in between Little Italy & Glaslamp area. 15 mins walk is all it takes to either.
The rooms are newly refurbished and clean.
Spacious as well for business or leisure stay of 2.

One of my favorites. Red trolley rocks every time. Food is good to great depending on what you order. Head down after 5 pm and it gets a bit busy. Seating at the entrance is a bit better than the back near the bathroom and staff tables. Again... red trolley rocks.

Great beer and delicious food! The duck fat pretzel bites were wonderful. Service was also excellent and the outdoor seating was lovely. The bathrooms were blasting cold air, that is my only complaint, but not a deal breaker in the slightest.

This is a brewery, their beer selection is very nice. Great place to bring a group of friends or even romantic enough to take a date. Decor seems a little dated to me. But the food and beer is delicious portions are a little small. Happy hour is nice. Overall you would have a good time by visiting this place
