It’s nice but their breakfast place is so small

The location felt rather remote, the service was so-so, and the food was average, but it got very crowded during mealtimes. There was no room service, and we waited a long time for towels. The only good thing was that they arranged our check-in in advance.

Parking spaces are atrociously tight and it always run out if you return late at night, decent room located next to sea world so not bad but be cautious with parking if you are driving here.

We booked a double bed, but the room we were given had two beds. We only provided two bottles of mineral water, no matter how many days we stayed. There was a smell when we first entered the room. The location is close to the Ocean Park. The price/performance ratio is average. There are many Chinese people. The breakfast is average. The white eggs are refrigerated and quite fishy. I guess it's enough to fill you up.

Good sanitary conditions and good service. The bed is very comfortable. It's very quiet around at night. I slept very comfortably.
Less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a BBQ restaurant that is very delicious👍The queue is very long.
The breakfast is also simple but OK. It's pretty good.
Everything else is good, but the elevator broke down on the day we checked in. I admire the speed of the Americans... It took a day to fix it but it didn't work... I had to climb the stairs that day... I couldn't carry the big luggage, so I just took the clothes to change and went up.

I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express in San Diego. Although the breakfast is the same every day, the location is okay and it is convenient to go everywhere. The room facilities are also good.

Parking is convenient, but the hotel location is average. There are many places to eat nearby, including McDonald's, WENDY's and other hamburgers. When checking in, the front desk told us that the only elevator was broken, but there were only rooms on the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our suitcases upstairs by ourselves, and they didn't provide service! As a result, we could only carry two suitcases to the third floor by ourselves. When we checked out the next day, the elevator was not repaired yet, so we had to carry the suitcases down again by ourselves! The bed in the room was relatively large, and it was quite comfortable for two people. The breakfast was OK, the apples were good, crispy and sweet.

The receptionist was very nice in moving us to a room with roll in shower, breakfast was included in our reservation so its a plus, ample parking. The remote for the shade is not working battery is low we are too tired to go down and have them replace it. Otherwise this is in pretty good location!

I have to start this by saying that this is the first time I have ever wrote a negative review. A couple weeks ago I ordered an extra large "The Works" pizza. When we got the pizza it was not "The Works" pizza. It did not have canadian bacon or veggies on it. I know that people make mistakes so I called Papa Johns and I offered to drive back up there and get the right pizza. I spoke to a lady that told me that I could drive up there or she could put a free pizza under our name. I told her that we would take the free pizza because it saved us time and money. Today I called Papa Johns to get my free pizza. I spoke to a man who claimed to be the manager and said that he could not find my free pizza on file. I told him my story in detail and the manager said he could not help me. He was extremely rude about it. I then confirmed with him by saying, "So you are telling me that I can't", and THEN HE INTERRUPTED ME and said, "no, you can't, I'm saying that you cannot get a pizza". Papa Johns has good pizza. I just wouldn't go to this one. Very poor customer service and there are other locations in the area. Looks like these other reviews confirm the poor service as well. Just want to save people the trouble
