Club Wyndham Harbour Lights in San Diego

It was better than we expected the best was the attention in the front desk and the cleaning of the hotel

The hotel workers are very friendly and helpful. They are very willing to help us with any questions or concerns we had. We have a very relaxed and joyful time here. Th valerparking service is very nice and friendly. They always got our car ready on time

Nice place, not a good housekeeping policy. People are not happy with it and the staff have to hear the complaints all time.

Great location close to all the great restaurants and bars. Rooms were very clean, large, comfortable. Great little kitchen area with fullsize fridge in the room. Firness center well maintained and nice. We will stay again.

The staff were very friendly,room was great very clean it was like a little studio condo had a stove fridge freezer, etc. The town is really quaint and a lot of good restaurants, my only complaint is there are so many homeless. The sidewalks smelled like urine in the mornings, and all the shop owners were squirting off the cement out front. During the evening, they were all getting their sleeping places and I saw some doing *****. I heard sirens outside my window and police talking to all the homeless trying to get them off of the street. A lot of mentally ill homeless it was kind of scary at night, especially going solo. Somewhere in the middle of the street, screaming at everyone yelling obscenities. I definitely won’t go back, not because of the hotel but because of my safety concerns. They did have security out front 24 seven which was nice, but I didn’t feel comfortable going out at night.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Wyndham. Everything (rooms/hotel interior) looked brand new, the rooms were spacious, the staff was very friendly and the location was excellent for our itinerary. There were multiple concierges on staff 12 hours a day who rotated through, and all were very helpful and knowledgeable. The property is located in the heart of the Gaslamp district which is full of restaurants, bars and a few night clubs. There is any type of food you want in walking distance (and many hotels with rooftop bars) - and you're only 10 mins by Uber to either the bay (Seaport Village/USS Midway Museum or the zoo/museums/Balboa Park. Our stay spanned Sun through Sat. Fri night it was a bit noisy late at night due to late night partiers, but that was the exception. We would stay at this property again.

The experience was wonderful! The staff were helpful, friendly and very professional! I would also like to commend Eshara Griffin who helped us with suitcases and car deliveries! The experience was unforgettable and will go again!

Had a great trip and will keep Club Wyndham at the top of my list for future visits! Awesome location!

Central location to various points of interest (convention center, USS Midway, harbor, restaurants, etc.). Staff was very friendl, courteous, and knowledgeable.
