The staff was spectacular. Kind polite and helpful. Two free cups of coffee everyday you stay. Location was phenomenal. Walk across street to port. Has a noon checkout. Ride the Trolly for the day was a great suggestion. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Great little street shopping available. Claim digger Edna was a great server!

When we tried to use the coffee maker, the used coffee pouch was left inside the machine. The mattress has to be replaced. The center is already sagging. The housekeeping management has to check out the rooms more often. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful!

The hotel is too old overall. The showerhead in my room was a mess, and for two nights, there was almost no hot water when I returned. It was only after I complained that someone came to fix it. Low-grade, bad review!

We were very disappointed with this hotel. Paid parking was difficult at best and not for SUV's. One space we had to leave as we could not open a door. The room was dusty. The bathroom had peeling paint. One corner was missing and cracked. Wood cabinet was peeling too. The bed was comfortable and tv was good size. The mini fridge was exactly assorted. The balcony on the 10th floor was scenic. A port DJ party was extremely loud and invaded our private space. I would never use them again. I would however visit Claim Jumper again. That was the highlight of this hotel.

Overall was good, but not perfect. I like the Hotel it seemed clean and the location was close to the harbor. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was nice for me.I had trouble finding the entrance at night it didn't seem super obvious, checking in they had to run my card 6 times even though it said approved she said it didn't go through it took a long time. She said it was who I booked through (Trip.com) their end wasn't working. After checking in I drove up to the gate for the parking lot. To open the gate you're s supposed to use the room key and swipe it over ablue button but at night I didn't see it and I was swiping another screen that kept giving an error message until their was 5 cars behind me and someone got out. And helped. That's my fault but maybe put a light on it. Parking is $50 which I knew before from reading other reviews. I might stay there again if the price is right.

We just came back from thankfully only a 1 night stay. This hotel is disgusting. We slept with our clothes on and wrapped plastic from the disposable cup around the remote. The moment we stepped into the lobby I knew this was not going to meet our basic expectations. Immediately after checking in we were greeted by an employee trying to rope us into a 90 minute tour of a hotel in order to get free zoo tickets. Get lost. Go up to the room, dirty patio, sticky dirty remote, mattress has unknown brown stains, toothpaste splattered onto mirror and backsplash, hair in the shower. Shower has two settings - scalding and off. During the night it sounded like chairs were being slid around the floor above. Don’t bother responding with “I’m sorry our hotel didn’t meet your expectations”. We stayed at another hotel nearby that was very clean and comfortable.

This was a work-related trip, so it wouldn't be a place I would personally choose. But what was memorable?
My co-workers and I found that the bathrooms had a weird smell. The rooms were plain. Nothing to hype about. Balcony rooms available, some facing the bay or city. I woke up and opened my shade to a huge cruise ship, pointed right at me. I was in Tower 3. So make sure you request what side you want to be in if you have a preference. They do have good security. To get to some rooms you have to go outside to a different building (towers) and you need a key card to get in and use the elevator. Because you are literally outside when you're going to your room.
And oh my, Wonderful Restaurants and Seafood everywhere. A pescatarian's or seafood lover's dream. They got steakhouses too. lol

Love the bone in filet. I think this might be one of the few places that offers this option. I also purchased the tomahawk steak listed in the photo. Located in little italy right next to the harbor

Great place i enjoyed the happy hour and. This is a must stop for those looking for a great quality service and meal. I myself had the stake sandwich with fries and a nola mule they where both great for desert i was in debate with the choices so i decided to go with the cheesecake. Omg the best cheesecake ever....

Romantic dinner for 2. Great customer service. Steaks were tender and flavorful. Nice ocean view. Highly recommend

My meal was underwhelming. The menu has lots of tasty looking options. The service was great and the waitress was very helpful. The interior was showing its age but it is a nice looking place. Steak was alright but did not live up to what I had heard about this place. It didn't seem particularly unique or inventive, but solid steakhouse fare. They had a wine pairing menu special which was a good value and the options were tasty. It is pricey.
