Everything about my stay was more than fine except for two issues. I had already informed hotel management that I would be proposing that night, and I specifically requested a non-connecting room with a decent view. Despite this, I was given a connecting room and placed next to a group of friends who were extremely loud throughout the night. I tried contacting the reception multiple times regarding the noise, but no one answered for nearly two hours, if not more.

I also experienced an issue at the restaurant during breakfast. I tried to explain to the waiter that my reservation already included breakfast for two people that day. He informed me that I could order anything from the menu. However, I was later surprised with a bill exceeding $100 and was then told that the breakfast-for-two benefit only covered $50 of the total.

The gym is great. The room has a good view of the pool and the bay. In general the room is comfortable.
The parking lot is overpriced.

This hotel is very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes guests directly there without needing a reservation – super convenient. The hotel's environment is lovely, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you're driving, though, be aware that parking costs $55 USD per day.

The sea-view room was great, and the location was convenient, close to several popular attractions. The pool was large with long opening hours. The only downside was the parking; it seems they might lease out spaces to the airport, which made it poorly organized. Despite the $55 daily parking fee for hotel guests, finding a spot often meant a long search and a long walk, sometimes even having to park on a dirt road.

The room was quite basic. Initially, I wasn't even given a sea-view room, and it took a second request to get it changed. To make matters worse, takeout deliveries aren't allowed to the rooms; you have to go downstairs to pick them up yourself. And even as a hotel guest, I had to pay an additional fee for parking. These inconveniences were extremely frustrating. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel's ambiance was absolutely fantastic. Despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. Getting around by car was incredibly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The front desk staff who helped with check-in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the sunset view was truly breathtaking!

The hotel location is nice and the view was amazing !
The front office staff was friendly and upgraded our room into the closer tower. The room was clean. However, it took around 30-40 mins to deliver us the bottle water and amenities when we called to asked for them…
The hotel has their own pier for water activities such as water ski

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport and offers a shuttle bus service, which is very convenient. The rooms are new and spacious, and the bedding is exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's pool looks fantastic; unfortunately, due to a late check-in and early check-out for my flight this time, I didn't get a chance to use it. I look forward to trying it on my next visit.
