The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location was a litle away from the more active section.

Staff was friendly but the experience was underwhelming. Got there at 4:00 to check in, the room I requested wasn't available so I settled for a lesser room. The Lesser room was situated facing the interior which I was okay with since they were having a concert downtown. When I got to the room I noticed the bathroom had ants. Notified the front desk via the text message that they send out. Took over an hour for them to respond. They didn't move me and inform me that I would have a similar room or at least the one I paid for on the interior. Got to the room it was on the exterior facing the concert which allowed me not to get much sleep. Just wasn't a good experience. the

I personally won’t stay here again. Bad interaction for me with the front desk, lady. Definitely overpriced. And for me, I’d rather just go stay somewhere else.

Room was nice, but the room was missing the complimentary slippers, pen for writing, laundry bag and enough towels for 2 guests. Luckily, there was an employee cleaning another room and she gave us the towels which we really needed.

Don’t expect to get their own advertised rooftop credit — it wasn’t applied at checkout, and customer service just keeps delaying the refund. Total waste of time.

Beautiful location, super convenient and great amenities. Other than a briefly short-staffed counter and restaurant service a couple times, we had a great 4 night stay with a fun view of Petco Park and loved the cozy atmosphere. Peloton bike in the fitness room, umbrella to borrow for the rain and very clean room. Cozy furnishings, nice breakfast and rooftop restaurant in the afternoon. Also a little loud at night sometimes but fit the vibe. Fast elevator too.

When we first checked in everything was great until we got to the hotel room. We noticed the TV was not working I tried contacting the front desk multiple times using the phone provided inside. The line was busy every time and I didn’t have time to continue to wait for them as we had to leave to go enjoy my birthday. We get back to the hotel and just opted to watching tv on our phones for the rest of the night as we were leaving in the am anyway. We check out and immediately I remember I left my beach bag inside the closet. We had already drove off so I called to see if they retrieved it and to my surprise they claim nothing was found. I called again to check one more time because again I know for a fact it was in there. Nothing was found and somebody was already checked into the room. We only stayed one night, there were no other places I went for that bag to be missing as we came straight from Arizona to the hotel. So always triple check before you leave this hotel or they will steal your belongings.

I would not recommend this hotel. They charged a mandatory $32 per night amenity for 2 bottles of water. On top of that, parking was $65 per night. Despite not using any of the amenities, I was charged over $200 in additional fees for a two-night stay upon checkout.

The room was also poorly soundproofed — I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and even people talking outside on the street. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing stay. Be warned about the extra charges and lack of transparency.

Good bowling tracks. Friendly staff and a good selection of beers and drinks. I think bowling is a bit to pricey on the weekends.

Fun for the whole family or a date. The staff is very friendly, the beer is cold, the lanes are smooth and the food is delicious. Not expensive either. Good times!

On August 11th, my department for my job hosted an event there. Event was from 630 to 830 that included bowling. We had a total of 4 lanes. 2 of the Lanes were down for a minimum of 30 to 40 min. During this time we didn't complain because we knew they were working on trying to fix it. At 830 they shut all 4 lanes from bowling. I then went to the manager who argued with me because I requested for time to be made up since the system was down. I asked to speak to his manager, he then replied " I am the one you need to go through, there is no one else". After several minutes of arguing he finally gave me a name refused to give me a phone number for him or a number where I could complain. Manager told me all he could do was give us 10 minutes because he said he other people coming for that lane. Very poor customer service, That's not our problem if the lanes were down for over 30 to 40 min we deserve all of our time. Good money was paid for this event for a complete 2 hours, we deserved better service. Would definitely not recommend especially for company events.

The only Bowling Place in Gaslamp. Definitely not made for serious bowler. Nice place to hang out. Bar tender is a little sloppy with drinks. I would recommend only shots or tap beers. Bartender is not attentive at all. Drinks are empty and had to wait wait to place order for drinks and food. Maybe they need a bell at the bar. Staffs are too busy chatting and focus on their friends. Lanes are also way you to short. If you have not been here's. You didn't miss anything. Go somewhere else.

The food was ok, I heard a lot about this place and had high expectation which might contributed to my disappointment. Again food wasn't bad but it wast exceptional either. It was normal Italian food that you can find elsewhere. However the service was awful we waited for more than an hour to be served and they messed up our order 3 times till the finally got it right.
On the plus side they were kind enough not to charge us for the wrong order and that's why I gave them two instead of one.

Good food. All the dishes come in family size, needs to be shared in at least 3 people.
Reasonably priced for the quantity. Nice ambience with pictures from around Italy.

As always the ambience and service was great. Only complaint was the Fettuccine Alfredo was very dry. Even when they brought extra sauce it just was not the same. I will be back though.

This is one of those food chains that seems to be on the decline. Rarely busy, there used to be a wait to get a table at this restaurant, not lately. I ordered the chicken carbonara pasta on my last visit and the flavors were good but the chicken was absolutely disgusting. Dry and chewy and gristly. it was white me but it had obviously been frozen and was not good quality at all, I ended up picking out most of the chicken and just eating the pasta. I think this place's days are numbered.

I loathe chain restaurants...but this one felt different. Food was excellent, huge portions (you only need small plates unless there's 10 or more in yr group), our server was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed.
