The best hostel so far!! Nice people, perfect location ( it's right on the beach of pb) and free breakfast and dinner!
They organize every day a night activity and a daily activity, and once a week the tour of Tijuana.
I'll definitely come back in this amazing place!!:)

I've stayed in many a hostel and this one was by far the worst. Not clean at all, from trash all over to the cockroaches in the bathroom and shower.
Further, I've never been in a hostel that didn't provide locks for the lockers. Maybe it's been good luck on my part but I was surprised by that because we weren't told to bring any. My group stayed about an hour before we contacted a friend to leave because it was just a gross place to stay. My only regret is leaving too quickly to take pictures of it.

This is an authentic California beachfront party hostel. Great location and beach deck for late night drinking, and it's a fun place to meet other travelers. Unfortunately the bedrooms and washrooms are dirty and cramped, and security is nonexistent as there's no locks on the doors. Don't bother with cooking since the messy kitchen fits one person and there's great taco stands nearby.

Gross and loud, but in a good location. It's a run-down party hostel in a good location. You won't find any sleep before 2am, because the people drink and smoke outside and you don't have a chance to keep the noise out. Staff is friendly, but the building is very run-down and it's dirty.
We had a homeless guy in our tiny and smelly room. Hostel has no locks for the lockers.

Not very clean
Room was not very clean. There were stains on the sheets and towels. It was an unpleasant experience. Did not expect a lot for a hostel, but expected some basic cleanliness.

It’s a great beach hostel with the comfort room having all the necessary, great facilities on the site, great vibe and a very sweet team. If you like to party and communicate, there’ll be numerous options for you. Though, if you are looking for a quite stay, it is as well for you

Loved the location! Was able to take a nearby bus and train to San Diego ComicCon and back. Very convenient.

I wish i gave this place a chance years earlier
If you like meeting new people - this is the place to be. Memories for life. If you are a sensitive sleeper, look somewhere else. I loved this place and wish i could stay longer but the hostel only allow you to stay for a maximum of 14 days.

Just arrived at condo on beach. Botched order and Uber eats (delivery source) said he was on his way nearly 30 minutes after scheduled arrival after a ridiculously long and as he said insultingly 20-minute wait at the restaurant...”Rarely I have seen employees less interested in working or who clearly could care less about doing an efficient job...And the place wasn’t busy at all! Wow!”

Terrible service - no customer focus. If you call, they put you on hold never to return for your order. If you call back, Magic Jack phone service is busy for the rest of the night. Why are they in business? Food's poor and service is bad - save your money for someone who appreciates it!

Pizza was good. Good sauce. Nice and garlicky. I'm pretty sure the girl that took my order, then went back and made my pizza. Thus why some people may have complained about slow service. My service wasn't slow, but I could see how it could be if they were busy and only one person was working. Worth a try IMO.

This place purposely do NOT answer calls after 8pm and put you on hold 10 mins before 8pm and never come back so they don't have to make anymore pizzas before they close. We've had so many problems with this pizza place. They are NOT worth it and filled with bunch of lazy people. Their phone service is through "Magic Jack". Call it after 8pm and you'll get the message " the Magic Jack customer you have called is unavailable to take your call". This place don't deserve your business.

Best bar in the world. You truly haven't lived until you've had one of their Red Bull Vodka Slushies. Amazing views of the ocean & of course no better place to grab a view of the sunset. Don't forget about their food menu as well. Great spot to grab brunch, a lobster taco or loaded fries. Mo & Kat behind the bar are the best & the staff always makes you feel at home. No trip to San Diego is complete without a stop at Shore Club.

Out of staters beware: this place is infamous for ‘confiscating’ real IDs if they are from another state and refusing to give them back. Their bouncers are incredibly rude (not to mention incompetent) and will not allow you to show alternative proof of your identity- they will get in your face and scream at you to leave until you call the police to come verify your identity (which takes hours and prevents PD from doing their actual job). You MIGHT get lucky and they’ll just decide to give it back once they get their kicks out of wasting your time for a few hours, that’s what happened to me. Glad they had fun but I was incredibly inconvenienced and delayed in my trip back home. These shady people should not be in business.

The mahi tacos are good! Nick the bouncer was very helpful and nice. I was scoping out the place for our work Christmas Party. He was super accommodating and informative. I like the place.

Came here twice on vacation, once for lunch and once for a night of drinking. The service and food was great!

I know I lived there on Ocean Blvd. and Thomas for almost 10 years... The beach is what it's all about .... The restaraunt/bars are in the hundreds for the area... Firehouse has some great dishes and so do other places like a morning burrito on the boardwalk (concrete walk) to be exact.... The Green Flash...don't forget about the green flash.... Will some one destroy the liars club if it's still there down the street

Really average food and pricey. Views are very restricted. Just skip it and go to the Shore Club, Ale House, or World Famous instead.

I came here friday with a few friends around 630-7. Originally supposed to be a pre-game spot but i think we stayed until almost midnight before we left. The vibe is rad af and the happy hour is great. The mac and cheese is a must try! Drinks were priced great and their was plenty of space even with a dj and space to dance.. I would recommend this to everyone as a cool place to start or finish your night!

Best breakfast experience we've had in San Diego.
My wife had the Devils Dozen Benny (a creative eggs benedict). I had the Baked Egg-White Scramble.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The service was excellent. The food was even better.
I think what I enjoyed the most is that the food was not overspiced, so that you could taste all of the ingredients.
Can't wait to get back to Pacific Beach for breakfast.

Never eaten here but Friday and Saturday nights they have a dj upstairs. Get there early like around 10pm so you can avoid the long line to get in and the additional line inside to go upstairs. Sunday funday is my favorite. Great music and drinks.
