We had a very pleasant stay. Nice locations, clean, comfortable, spacious, accomodating. Only complaint is the same thing for breakfast every day.

The ceiling fan is broken and is so noisy and the dishwasher is broken too. The dishwasher doesn't stop beeping when it's 11pm. I paid $570+$120parking fee. We paid nearly $700 for two nights. But the service doesn't do much.

Vallet parking was 60$ per night. That is egregious. ******* reservations included free parking but that wasn’t the case.i will contact ******* using email anyway

They over sold the rooms and didn’t have our room available for the first night. Placed us in a really dirty room with furniture in bad repair. Never contacted us for the replacement room like they said they would. The breakfast is really lacking. The pool was not clean. The laundry machine charged my credit card several times for faulty machine, no way to get credit.

The location was very convenient but beware it is close to the airport. The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. Will use again

Just ok
First room smelled of a dead fish so had to switch. 2nd room had a broken closet door with carpet lifted up and piling from previous people forcing it open.

Kitchen only has 2 pans if you are lucky and 2 sets of utensils. No basics are included to cook with. No oil, no salt, no pepper. Paper towels are supplied and 1 pod for the dishwasher the entire stay.

Breakfast ends at 9am and you are not allowed to take it back to your room. There’s a lady in particular that watched like a hawk if you try to take anything back.

Pool is not heated and is outdoors. There is nice a covered patio area by the pool.

The bar and restaurant was closed our entire one week stay. They had a Barbie pop up in place of the bar/restaurant with inflated prices and limited hours.

There are no bell boys to help with luggage or carts. People seem to take them and keep them in their rooms so you have to roam the halls to find if you are lucky.

No self parking and valet is $60 a day. Wasn’t worth it for us, we won’t be back.

The staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful. Easy communication, they brought us the extra towels and blankets per request. Breakfast has varieties, and coffee was good! Great location, walking distance to shops and dining.

Our room was missing the chairs that were supposed to be at the table in the kitchenette. The bathroom needed more hooks for hanging wet towels to dry. There was 5 of us with luggage and when asked for a cart they didn’t have any available to use.

We had to pay $60 a night for parking. We were not aware of this until we showed up at the hotel. Our bed was uncomfortable and the pull out matress was worse. The lock to our bathroom was broken. We didnt realize breakfast ends at 9am during the week so missed out on that on Friday. It would be nice for the front desk to mention this upon check in. The biggest problem for us is paying $120 for parking.

This place is the Bomb! This is a great bar with great heart. I just want to thank the staff as well as the manager Nick for the great service and the kind gesture. I live in Oceanside in an area that was evacuated by the Lilac fires. My wife and I grabbed our belongings as well as our children Harry and Tj (our dogs) and headed to the closest hotel that accepted dogs. Fortunately for us everything was booked in North County so off to San Diego it was. We took shifts watching the dogs and guarding our valuables. I stumbled upon the Waterfront bar. Due to the circumstances I had a couple of cocktails to take the edge off. In that short period of time I met some very nice people including Nick. After telling him my story he seemed very sympathetic. I can’t emphasize enough how friendly and efficient the staff was. I ordered my food and as my bill came Nick handed me my bill with a substantial discount. He said "we feel for you brother, I have had friends in the same situation, this is the least we can do”! Wow i certainly wasn't expecting that! Not are they the oldest tavern in San Diego but their values are certainly haven’t changes from the good ole days. By the way the food was fantastic! Hats off to the Waterfront Bat & Grill!!!! Thanks again

Great, old funky bar in downtown San Diego! Excellent burgers. Love the Sunday brunch and mimosas! Four stars because I cannot stand the smoking that goes on at the outside tables.

What a lovely bar! I couldn't find any other bars in the Little Italy area at about 0am, but finally found this bar and enjoyed until 2am. Even though that was the first time to visit, but felt cozy and safe even midnight. Many thanks for the staff and will definitely visit again when visiting next time.

I love this bar! It's one of the friendliest bars in the area. They open at 6am daily, serve an awesome menu too with a killer staff. One of the oldest, if not, of all of San Diego. A great place to enjoy some whiskey, great bloody marys and of course craft beer.

Came here craving proper Italian food and were not disappointed. The family are Sicilian and it showed. Wonderful, rich tomato sauces, and a fabulous chicken parmiggiano. Not only that, but the service was so friendly we felt like part of the family. A spot not to be missed!

This place is awesome! The food is sooooooooooo delicious you will be in a food coma from heaven. Would recommend this for date night, or large group gathering. We came here multiple times for a family dinner, and most recently for an after wedding rehearsal dinner. Chef came out and introduce herself, and the staff was wonderful. Very accommodating! Trust me, you need to come here at least once in your lifetime, you won't be disappointed.

first time here and boy let me tell you the got what you need when you want to try your hand at Italian food. I went to the store side. Haven't had a chance to try the restaurant, but that's next. Very friendly staff, and very inviting. Thanks for the pesto recipe!!

Love this place! Oftentimes I won't even order spaghetti at restaurants because it can be so hit and miss. The sauce here was authentically Italian with a great blend of spices and tomatoes. Delicious! The meatballs were tender and flavorful, some of the best I've had. Servers were knowledgeable and attentive. We will definitely be back!
