The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, equipped with excellent amenities including a safe, a mini-fridge, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and free WiFi. The mattress had just the right firmness, and there were four pillows of different heights, with high-quality sheets and duvet covers, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for getting around...

Our room has been serviced immaculately and on time. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and tourist friendly.
Good facilities, friendly staff. Early check in was appreciated.
The room is very dated and old . Small room and they charge a nonrefundable resort fee to use for F&B at USD35 . Experience at front desk are not great and all very matured staff and not much customer service . I have to book there due my local tours pickup point is at this hotel .
Location is superb just don’t go out late at night. Water could have been provided in the room. Lightning could be enhanced in the spacious room as well. Staff members and nice and efficient.

Great location and clean room/bathroom. Staff are friendly and have great hospitality.
Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. Amenities were decent, and the breakfast offered good variety. Would definitely consider staying here again.
It was alright. The hotel's location is good, and the room was a bit small. Service was also okay. No breakfast, just a $25 voucher each day.
City style hotel, dated in a not so good location
The value for money is quite good, and the location is excellent. Right across the street, there's a big supermarket and Heytea. However, upon arrival, there's a mandatory $39 daily destination fee. Parking is $91 per night, but there's an option diagonally across the street for $44 a night.
The environment is great and very comfortable, and the location is good too. The room hygiene is also satisfactory. The hotel's food is decent, and the service is excellent. My only complaint is that the Ctrip price seems higher than other platforms, which I don't understand at all. I wonder if it's a case of price gouging for regular customers.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Great location, great service, and very comfortable. We’re definitely coming back.
We were very happy with our stay. This was our first time in San Francisco, traveling with 3 teenagers. We were able to book 2 adjoining rooms for a decent price. Having the extra space was very helpful. Location wise was perfect for us - we were able to walk to the Giants game, Chinatown, the Ferry Building, Pier 39 (but that was a hike and we took an uber back) and the trolley system. Service was...
Terrible sound proof. I was waked up every night till I got a pair of ear plugs. Meanwhile, I put a note earlier before my arrival “no corner room”. But I was given a corner room. Facilities are too old and valet parking is too expensive.
Hotel location is great. Right at the heart of center downtown. Powell station is 2min walk away.
Huge hotel with sufficient security and spacious rooms.
Manager Alex is the best person I’ve ever met in America. Super friendly and super helpful. I could not have asked for a better place to stay because of him.

Right by the sea in a safe, quiet area. The room is a bit small, good for business trips. The biggest advantage is the location.
The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the location is excellent.
The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was friendly, but they didn't proactively inform me about breakfast, points, vouchers, etc. Many staff members were very enthusiastic, offering to help with luggage and open doors.
Location and View is super good ! The best service we got in the U.S.
It was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and polite. I think it lives well to Hyatt brand.
There are no slippers provided. Some noise was heard during the day at the room.

Excellent i would say. Nice and clean room . Big one and also main thing is breakfast very nice . They charge at end 12 Dollar but i said i didnt get parcel as it was showing in bill parcel food ordered . They happily refunded it .
The rooms are big and clean. Although the air system is rather noisy when turned on.
Everything was good till I encountered ED at checkout. He was rude, abnoxious for no reason (to a point where it made me wonder if it is ******). I had to ask him to calm down and be kind and polite.
I checked out on the 9th of March at around 825am.

The Fairmont is a true classic, San Francisco at its best. Not the newest but still so classy. Room was quiet and comfortable, can’t wait to go back!
It’s a really nice hotel located in the top hill of San Francisco downtown. The room is great with a fantastic view to the north side of the city all the way to fisherman’s wharf. It’s fabulous!
Classic vintage charm with spacious rooms that work well for a family of 3. The hotel is well-maintained and comfortable, though a bit of warmth at the reception would really elevate the experience.
The hotel where the conference was held, but there was a bug between the agent and the hotel. One room could not be checked in. After a long communication, the front desk service attitude was not very good, and the back-end phone could not be reached. Fortunately, it was well negotiated with Ctrip.
The room is relatively small and the settings are relatively old. After all, it is a century-old hotel...

Truly was a magnificent place! We walked into the atrium and there was a 50 foot Christmas tree and “Oh Christmas Tree” was playing. A exquisite magical experience!
Everything was ok , just small room in my opinion .
The room is nice and the restaurant is very beautiful. Although the fee is high, it is worth it. I couldn't find the order when I checked in, so I waited for 20 minutes. After checking out, I waited for almost 30 minutes to send my luggage. It was a little disappointing.
The reason why it is expensive is because of the historical heritage of the city and this 150-year-old building. The lobby is very nice, and the afternoon tea in the palace-style flower room is very good, but the food is very ordinary. Needless to say, the room is just average, just experience it.
I feel that these hotel brands in San Francisco are similar, all of which use historical buildings as...
I love this hotel! The staff are the friendliest! I also love how they hire differently-abled people. Very inclusive hotel!

Intercontinental, San Francisco did not fail, just like the rest very attinative staff. Very nice, very welcoming, very informative. Location of the hotel is perfect. We are pleased with this hotel. However, the tipping culture seems to be overboard. Breakfast was inclusive of our stay but the service staff re-invent a way to be tipped.

A really hard feather poked out of the pillow, leaving several painful marks on my face. When I reported it to the front desk, they didn't even apologize, let alone offer any solution!
The location seems good, but both nights I stayed, I arrived after dark. There were homeless people around, which made me hesitant to go out and explore, so I didn't get to experience the shopping and dining mentioned in other reviews. The cookies in the room were quite expensive; a small box cost $12 when I ate them at night. However, the breakfast with congee, fried dough sticks, and preserved mustard...

Booked the presidential suit and the view was amazing! The room was very spacious and very ambient (which lacks some lighting). I was surprised there was not a microwave, but something to keep in mind. Also there is not a light directly next to the shower. The fridge was small and its shelves were a bit wobbly. Otherwise, it’s worth the price to book and the location was perfect.
Excellent location in the financial district and Chinatown. 300m to North Beach and excellent selection of food and wine restaurants.
I always stay here whenever I’m in San Francisco, absolutely love the location, you can walk to Chinatown, to the ferry building - it’s just so convenient. Love the view of the city from the rooms too
The room was located near the elevator, and unfortunately there was constant noise throughout the day, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.
Just an ok hotel - didn’t really meet my expectations for a Hilton. Small but decent gym. No pool or hot tub. Our bathroom didn’t have a fan so things stayed a bit damp.
Decent hotel, but the rooms and especially the beds to small, doesn’t even have space for 2 persons in a double bed.

Excellent hotel, reasonably priced, with a safe and convenient location. The pool and gym are both great. Definitely recommended!
Stay for 5 nights in this hotel.
Room was neat & big with 2 queen size bed.
Location was fantastic, very convention to walk around all the popular locations.
Breakfast was very good and impressive.
Not much service provided, no drinking water provided, no boiling kettle.
Salt & pepper was filled the other way around.
The room was tiny, and the elevator was quite old-fashioned – it would always jolt before it started moving. Parking was also really expensive at $60 per night. On the plus side, it's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, just a 5-minute walk. It was also a short drive to both the Golden Gate Bridge and Lombard Street. However, the breakfast options weren't really to a Chinese palate's liking.
We had a beautiful experience at this hotel. The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. It was cleaned and the towels were replaced daily. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The location is perfect, just a few steps from Pier 39 and close to entertainment.
Excellent location! The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich, and the gym was great. It's an easy walk to Pier 39, the commercial district, and the Ferris wheel, which the kids really enjoyed. Most importantly, both the facilities and the hotel itself are very new.
The hotel service was good, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy overall, though the soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety. The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient!

The Holiday Inn Golden Gateway in San Francisco boasts an excellent location, right next to the cable car turnaround, and within walking distance of popular attractions like Union Square and Fisherman's Wharf. Stayed for 4 days, and it was great. The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. It felt very safe, with no homeless people around. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket on the street behind the hotel, making it very convenient. Both bus stops and cable car stops are nearby...
No water provided, had to buy our own. Still haven't received my deposit back after 8 days, even though they said it would take a maximum of one week at check-out.
Excellent hotel in a great location with friendly staff. It’s my second time here for a longer stay than previously and I will definitely return again!
Holiday Inn is always a reliable choice! 👍
The hotel's location is excellent, in one of San Francisco's safer areas. It's also quite close to Chinatown and the Financial District, with convenient public transport access and plenty of supermarkets and pharmacies downstairs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the front desk service is attentive, and there's even a gym and pool with no resort fee
Pros-Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant, and the parking price of $49 per night was better than many hotels.
Cons-Ordered a roll-away for one night and it wasn't in the room when we returned. Called the front desk and was told that they didn't have room for it. In all fairness, they offered us access to a double room, but it was too late and too much of a hassle to change. Very inconvenient in...

Good location. Kind ans friendly staff. Excellent breakfast
Facilities: Everything you need is there. The self-service water dispenser was also quite pleasant.
However, there's no private parking. Public parking nearby costs $26 for 12 hours, with a $35 cap after that.
Breakfast: Not buffet style, self-service menu. If you book through Ctrip including breakfast, you can choose one option. I recommend the berry toast; it's delicious.
Cleanliness and service...
Nice hotel, good location, and lovely service. It is so close to the Moscone center, ideal choice for business.
Although the counter is not big, the bed is very comfortable. Overall it is quite good. The location of the hotel is quite good and it doesn't feel dangerous. It is very close to moma and it is quite convenient to call a taxi. It is a good choice for first-time travelers to San Francisco
The location is convenient for attending the conference. I had planned to book other hotels before, but the price increased too much. After comparing the surrounding areas, I found that this hotel has a higher cost performance. It is still okay.

The room was average, but the location was great.
Great location, and the front desk was super nice and let me check in early.
Hotel is good and service attitude is also good. Hotel was fully booked, and my boys room was a bit far from mine.
Rooms are standard Marriott level of cleanliness and modern aesthetic, but the doors to the bathrooms are heavy doors that automatically close loudly. The noise isolation between rooms isn't great either.
We were woken up every 30-50 min from doors closing in adjacent rooms.
I usually stay at the Marriott Marquis, and I don't think I'll be staying at the Union Square location again.
Nice stay at a convenient location. Near to shopping and eateries.

It feels like an old building that's been renovated. The room was a bit dark. The location is excellent though, right outside there's a popular photo spot with lots of people taking pictures. Chinatown is just a 10-15 minute walk away, where you can find most of the good food.
The air conditioning in the first room was incredibly loud, so we asked to switch. The front desk staff seemed a bit moody. After moving, we found that the AC in the second room didn't work the first night, so we had to sleep in warm clothes. It finally started working on the second day, not sure why. The only upside is the good location.
This hotel's location is perfect for photography lovers, offering a 'folded city' vibe. The tram (Ding Ding) can take you directly from Fisherman's Wharf to the hotel entrance. It's also very close to Chinatown and Union Square. The only downside is that the shower drainage needs improvement, though the water pressure is good.
The hotel's location is quite good; just around the corner is where 'Inception' was filmed. Since it's on higher ground, I didn't see any homeless people, making it feel relatively safer. Getting a ride from here is also very convenient. My only complaint is the elevator – it's quite old, and when it stops, there's a slight feeling of weightlessness. One time, the elevator stopped unevenly with the...

An older hotel, but the location is excellent: quiet, safe, with good service, and free luggage storage. I had a very good experience; the front desk staff were very friendly and approachable!
The location is excellent, right in the city center. The front desk staff were very friendly and checked me in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the air freshener they used; it smelled strongly of 'luosifen' (snail noodle soup), which was a bit overwhelming. Everything else was great.
I have to say, the location is great, but unfortunately the facilities at this hotel aren't the best; they're old and not well-maintained. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude. I have to say the one gentleman at the concierge was very good. He often remembered our names which is an outstanding touch. Rooms were nothing special. Interior is a bit conservative and reminiscent of 80s style hotels
