The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, equipped with excellent amenities including a safe, a mini-fridge, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and free WiFi. The mattress had just the right firmness, and there were four pillows of different heights, with high-quality sheets and duvet covers, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for getting around...
["Fantastic location, within walking distance to the subway and shopping areas. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Our room has been serviced immaculately and on time. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and tourist friendly.
Good facilities, friendly staff. Early check in was appreciated.
The room is very dated and old . Small room and they charge a nonrefundable resort fee to use for F&B at USD35 . Experience at front desk are not great and all very matured staff and not much customer service . I have to book there due my local tours pickup point is at this hotel .
Location is superb just don’t go out late at night. Water could have been provided in the room. Lightning could be enhanced in the spacious room as well. Staff members and nice and efficient.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. Amenities were decent, and the breakfast offered good variety. Would definitely consider staying here again.
It was alright. The hotel's location is good, and the room was a bit small. Service was also okay. No breakfast, just a $25 voucher each day.
The value for money is quite good, and the location is excellent. Right across the street, there's a big supermarket and Heytea. However, upon arrival, there's a mandatory $39 daily destination fee. Parking is $91 per night, but there's an option diagonally across the street for $44 a night.
The environment is great and very comfortable, and the location is good too. The room hygiene is also satisfactory. The hotel's food is decent, and the service is excellent. My only complaint is that the Ctrip price seems higher than other platforms, which I don't understand at all. I wonder if it's a case of price gouging for regular customers.
I left my AirPods behind in the room and contacted the front desk multiple times on the same day. Different people assured me that they had checked the room and found nothing. Since my iPhone kept showing the AirPods were still in the hotel overnight, I called lost and found the next morning at 8 AM. I was answered by a lady named “Vera,” who immediately went to check the room and found my AirPods...
Location location location. It's close to everything. Staff is nice & helpful. They have a few spots to eat and/or get a drink. The view on the 39th floor is a must see. Rooms were stylish. Housekeeping is fast and courteous. Thought I was on a cruise ship with how fast they came into the room to clean it and replace the towels. I was very impressed. Thank you for a wonderful trip and experience.

Very beautiful hotels with high floors. Excellent experience during Christmas in San Francisco.
Super breakfast and good gym. Rooms are clean and nice.
It is old hotel. Facilities are not modern but staffs are friendly. Location is perfect and just walk 5 mins you can take all kinds of buses and trains.
I have to say, the room and facilities were pretty good, and the location was decent too. However, one issue made me feel this hotel was a bit of a rip-off. I had previously booked a room through Trip.com for October 16th to 18th. At the time, it showed that in addition to the room rate, an extra 294 RMB (approximately $41 USD) would be charged upon arrival. But according to the receipt from the hotel...
Room was spacious, very clean though it looked outdated. Staff were friendly. But the curtain was too thin, outside light came into the room. I got a great deal with Trip.com, low room rate, no resort fee for my room type, maybe due to off peak season.
Very clean. Elevators very fast. Center of the city. Employees very kind. Housekeeping very good

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was friendly, but they didn't proactively inform me about breakfast, points, vouchers, etc. Many staff members were very enthusiastic, offering to help with luggage and open doors.
Location and View is super good ! The best service we got in the U.S.
It was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and polite. I think it lives well to Hyatt brand.
There are no slippers provided. Some noise was heard during the day at the room.
Had to ask the reception to change the bed sheets twice as there were brown stains on the sheets. Besides that the location and views are really nice. The hotel is really nice and has nice layout. Safe area. I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked small.
We recently came back from a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco and enjoyed every moment of it. Agnes and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special for our engagement! We enjoyed the location of the hotel and it's proximity to the ferry building, food, and transportation/BART. Food on site was great and the hotel room was very clean. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, small and exquisite, the service is good. The location is very convenient, and the hotel also provides free bicycles.
Facilities and services are good
The room is small and the breakfast is very simple. The view outside the window is pretty good, facing the San Francisco Bay. There was a Nepali guy at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and gave detailed explanations. It was very nice.
Wonderful stay! The hotel was super nice and clean! The hotel staff was very friendly! Great location! Cannot beat the view of this hotel- Absolutely gorgeous!! We are pleased with this hotel. However, the tipping culture seems to be overboard. Breakfast was inclusive of our stay but the service staff re-invent a way to be tipped. They will bring you a receipt, though they will informed you that this is a formality as it is already paid in the booking. You are supposed to tally the breakfast cost with a line stating TIPS before the final total and your...
A really hard feather poked out of the pillow, leaving several painful marks on my face. When I reported it to the front desk, they didn't even apologize, let alone offer any solution!
The location seems good, but both nights I stayed, I arrived after dark. There were homeless people around, which made me hesitant to go out and explore, so I didn't get to experience the shopping and dining mentioned in other reviews. The cookies in the room were quite expensive; a small box cost $12 when I ate them at night. However, the breakfast with congee, fried dough sticks, and preserved mustard...

Decent hotel, but the rooms and especially the beds to small, doesn’t even have space for 2 persons in a double bed.
Located in china town and cleanliness wasn’t really similar to other Hilton hotels I’ve been to. Room sizes are a bit small and the large desk by the window was a bit of a strange layou
Great business hotel with an easy check-in and warm, friendly staff. The location is excellent, close to many great restaurants and bars in both Chinatown and North Beach.
We stayed in a deluxe city view room at Hilton Financial District—beautiful views and a warm welcome! The TV greeted us with a personalized “Welcome Cristopher,” which was a thoughtful touch. Staff were friendly and let us check in early. Great location near Chinatown, with amazing food—thanks to Denmark for recommending House of Nanking! Room was clean and well-priced.
It’s located at a good strategic location and the lobby of the hotel is quite good. The view from the window is good. Overall, it’s a decent stay.
Great location (next to Chinatown and financial district) and great view, amenities and services nice too. Neighborhood is pretty safe. Also a nice bookstore just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Excellent value for money, nice environment, and well-equipped facilities. It's only a few hundred meters from the seal spot, and they even offer dining discount cards.
The hotel promotes eco-friendliness by not providing any disposable toiletries, which isn't very convenient. It would be helpful if this was mentioned beforehand on the booking page. Parking was 60 a night, but the gate at the parking entrance/exit was broken at the time, so it felt like we could just park anywhere. Breakfast was pretty good though! 👍
Very close to Fisherman's Wharf, perfect for a vacation. There's a shopping center right across from the hotel, and it's super easy to get a Waymo cab.

Nice hotel, good location, and lovely service. It is so close to the Moscone center, ideal choice for business.
Although the counter is not big, the bed is very comfortable. Overall it is quite good. The location of the hotel is quite good and it doesn't feel dangerous. It is very close to moma and it is quite convenient to call a taxi. It is a good choice for first-time travelers to San Francisco
The location is convenient for attending the conference. I had planned to book other hotels before, but the price increased too much. After comparing the surrounding areas, I found that this hotel has a higher cost performance. It is still okay.

The room was average, but the location was great.
Great location, and the front desk was super nice and let me check in early.
Hotel is good and service attitude is also good. Hotel was fully booked, and my boys room was a bit far from mine.
Rooms are standard Marriott level of cleanliness and modern aesthetic, but the doors to the bathrooms are heavy doors that automatically close loudly. The noise isolation between rooms isn't great either. We were woken up every 30-50 min from doors closing in adjacent rooms. I usually stay at the Marriott Marquis, and I don't think I'll be staying at the Union Square location again.
Nice stay at a convenient location. Near to shopping and eateries.
It's a nice clean, secure hotel, located in San Fran. Short walk to the piers, ferry building, China Town, Union square Park and more. The restaurant serves quality food. The staff is always accommodating and the rooms are nice, the beds sleep well. The downside is the daily destination fee of $30. The hotel itself is highly recommended. It has a great location, very nice rooms and very friendly service. However, we also had some hiccups during our visit. We had a great nights sleep. The mattress was very comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, then you may have a hard time sleeping since the walls seem to be thin and the windows are not double pane. Nice location, great vibe in the hotel. Loved the games in the restaurant on lobby. Very good for families. However, the rooms were very bare- no water bottles, no fridge, no coffee machine, no kettle. One had to request for everything.

Nice hotel, I'd definitely stay here again. The environment is pleasant, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's super close to Chinatown, just a few minutes' walk, and you can even walk to Fisherman's Wharf in about 20 minutes. Lombard Street is also nearby! The price was quite reasonable too.
I booked this hotel because the reviews said it was convenient for scenic spots. However, upon check-in, I found the room to be very small, with dim lighting. The bedside lamp was broken, and there was no main light in the room; it relied on a few small lights for illumination, making it even darker than the bathroom. Luckily, I only stayed one night. The facilities are also very old. I genuinely don...
The value for money is pretty good, and the location is convenient—Chinatown is just a 15-minute walk away. Since it's on a slope, there aren't many homeless people around. However, because of the slope, walking can be hard on the knees, so I wouldn't recommend it for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
The location was excellent and felt quite safe. It's very close to the cable car lines, making nearby attractions easily accessible. Plus, there are many dining options within walking distance. The area isn't the best but the hotel itself, the service and the staff were all excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish there was a channel guide in the room for the TV but if that's literally the only negative thing I can think of, that means I had a pretty good stay.
The rooms themselves were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was top notch, Livia, who checked me in was fantastic. But the floor I was on had a door that looked like it had been busted in, with a gaping whole covered by tape. Which made it feel unsafe. The room was also very bare. I would stay here again. Just not my first choice in the area. Pic was my view.
Room is small but clean. My room doesn't have a desk, but it may be because it is a handicap accessible room. A/C works well. Convenient location and the staff has been great. The restaurant is not bad as well.
The rooms are nice and I was very happy with the staff and the services. The location is convenient to the sights and public transportation. The only downside is not the fault of.the hotel.
