We’re from Hawai’i & spent the day in SF & booked here, it is a drive from the airport but so worth it! From the greeters being so friendly, and Emilio at the front desk, he was awesome! Wonderful customer service, & it was so great to be able to do an early check in! & I do mean early as in 9:30am, never had that before so it was a great start to our trip

Ron was just as amazing! Super cool guy who made sure we got to and from our destination safely! The staff here is great all around, we really appreciate the hospitality here! Also, SF is AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Location wise was perfect for us - we were able to walk to the Giants game, Chinatown, the Ferry Building, Pier 39 (but that was a hike and we took an uber back) and the trolley system

Service was quick and helpful when we needed it. And the extra security at night was reassuring. We would recommend this hotel for adults and families with older kids

Location is easy to get around on public transportation - it is only a block or two from a seedier area so there's a lot of late night street noise and unhoused population and drug use, but the hotel itself felt very safe

Right at the heart of center downtown. Powell station is 2min walk away. Huge hotel with sufficient security and spacious rooms. Manager Alex is the best person I’ve ever met in America. Super friendly and super helpful

We were very happy with our stay. This was our first time in San Francisco, traveling with 3 teenagers. We were able to book 2 adjoining rooms for a decent price. Having the extra space was very helpful

Truly was a magnificent place! We walked into the atrium and there was a 50 foot Christmas tree and “Oh Christmas Tree” was playing. A exquisite magical experience!

There was a happy hour everyday from 4-7pm and they had free drinks and charcuterie. The pool and gym were clean and in good condition too. Only downside was the hot tub was pretty tepid and not really hot

But the hotel is lovely, historic and smells amazing inside! They have a lovely indoor pool too! Hopefully the staff on strike will recieve what they need and all can go back to normal

The indoor pool was a nice addition to be able to swim till 10 PM and wake up with a nice dip. At 6 AM, also, the Jacuzzi was big enough to accommodate at least 10 people. Nice gym, all in all a great hotel experience

You can't get it better couple blocks off the main drag, right? In the middle of dining restaurants, entertainment nightclubs, bars, anything you're looking for is within 3 blocks away

We were able to buy a package for the 10 day. Stay for parking, which turned out to be an incredible deal. As parking can be 80 to a $100 a night. You want to buy the parking pass

Intercontinental, San Francisco did not fail, just like the rest very attinative staff. Very nice, very welcoming, very informative. Location of the hotel is perfect

Also, they gave a $100 voucher to the hotel. Whether it was dinner breakfast. Drinks whatever and also gave us 3 drink tickets for 3 drinks at the bar which I thought was pretty nice on top of the $100 voucher

I would have given 5 stars but for a few niggles - for example the fridge is 95% taken up with the minibar leaving not enough space even for a reasonably sized bottle of milk and/or fruit juice (meaning we had to resort to an improvised bathroom bin + ice = refrigerator)!

We had a beautiful experience at this hotel. The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. It was cleaned and the towels were replaced daily. The breakfast was plentiful and good

Excellent location! The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich, and the gym was great. It's an easy walk to Pier 39, the commercial district, and the Ferris wheel, which the kids really enjoyed

The room was tiny, and the elevator was quite old-fashioned – it would always jolt before it started moving. Parking was also really expensive at $60 per night

On the plus side, it's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, just a 5-minute walk. It was also a short drive to both the Golden Gate Bridge and Lombard Street

Cleaner was fantastic, thorough & didn't miss anything. Always had bottles of water left for us daily, towels changed whenever requested & bedding was changed on request midway through stay

We are pleased with this hotel. However, the tipping culture seems to be overboard. Breakfast was inclusive of our stay but the service staff re-invent a way to be tipped

The cookies in the room were quite expensive; a small box cost $12 when I ate them at night. However, the breakfast with congee, fried dough sticks, and preserved mustard was excellent

It’s close to the Moscone Centre, and it’s a really good place to stay overall. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping my room spotless and tidy throughout my stay.

They will bring you a receipt, though they will informed you that this is a formality as it is already paid in the booking

There were homeless people around, which made me hesitant to go out and explore, so I didn't get to experience the shopping and dining mentioned in other reviews

The hotel locks its main entrance at midnight, and you can only enter with your room key card. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket on the street behind the hotel, making it very convenient

The only issue was the air freshener they used; it smelled strongly of 'luosifen' (snail noodle soup), which was a bit overwhelming

really clean, efficient, nice staff, love the 24/7 front desk. they also were super helpful tagging and holding my luggage for me. I was able to check in and out with ease, and used their fitness room too

Unfortunately, the hotel does not include breakfast, not even a buffet breakfast, so you have to order it yourself. There is no homeless around the hotel, so it feels very safe. I will stay at Four Seasons next time

We ate dinner at MKT restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel. The lobby was cleaned with beautiful wood late throughout the hotel. Who would had a lively bar once you went upstairs in the lobby

It should be OK by the standard of ordinary five-star hotels, but if it is the standard of Four Seasons, it should be the worst Four Seasons hotel I have ever stayed in.

The front desk was not on the first floor and you had to take the elevator. Turn right and walk 800 meters to the Moscone Exhibition Center, which was very convenient for business travel

This place and these ppl made our 40th anniversary pre Hawaiian cruise hotel experience a 100/10 and left me speechless. Unfortunately, upon our return the Ritz did not have availability

As always the service at a Ritz is top shelf. This location did not disappoint. While I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world there is just nothing like the Ritz

Every employee seemed happy and ready to make our stay as special as they possibly could. The restaurant had amazing food and the waiter… Ray… was perfection

The market place was a bit over priced on most all the items and there is only one microwave over in the entire building, none in the rooms

Location for this hotel to fisherman wharf is soo near within walking distance of 5 mins ! So many shops and eateries near by ! Will stay there again when I go San Francisco

The food was top notch, we had so many healthy choices all during the morning through the evening. Wonderful place for any event and the breakfast in The Wardroom was also very good, lots of choices from the buffet

They don't have a spot for the dogs to use the bathroom. Maybe add a spot of fake grass somewhere just in case. There's not exactly anywhere close by that would be reasonable for a dog to go, except the sidewalk

I had some initial problem with my booking but there were very good to solve them. Be aware there are renovation works happening at the time of this review and it can get noisy. com helped me with my feedback

Great location close to Fisherman's Wharf and pier 39 and 41. Nice people at the front desk. Try the green initiative to save resources by not having your room cleaned every day and save some money while you're at it.

Hotel was nicer than I expected. Did not get the bed size I booked bit they did put us into a suite instead. The resort fee is a rip off but what can you do?

The courtyard has fire pits and couches for guests to cozy up, and there are smores that you can make during the evening
