Truly was a magnificent place! We walked into the atrium and there was a 50 foot Christmas tree and “Oh Christmas Tree” was playing. A exquisite magical experience!

The location is very good, very safe and convenient. When I checked in, I gave my child a 🦭 doll. My child loves it very much and takes it with him every day. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the room is not soundproof. I was awakened by the knocking and talking next door for two consecutive mornings.

Love this boutique hotel in Pacific Heights in the city. Service, room amenities, evening wine reception really nice with plenty of apps, could cover as a dinner. All the service staff and hotel managers are very nice! The room layout is also first-class. The only drawback is that we encountered an air conditioning failure, which affected our rest, but after coordination, the hotel gave full compensation.
