We booked a four people stay and only received one set of towels for the duration of the trip, the floors were dirty

This guy held against threatened to make me leave the property, because I had a medical emergency. What a fool!

Motel does not communicate well. They left us outside their parking waiting . Despite our room was already booked . They never returned our calls to answer our issues

We book for 4 people and only had 2 towels. No one was at the front desk, and also on the website said that it included breakfast but we didn’t even have coffe.

We usually don’t expect much, but our room was quite filthy, had plenty of bugs crawling around, and there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room, even though the photos showed otherwise. Parking also costs 10 dollars per day, and the lot is open, so I don’t really get what you’re paying for. Staff were friendly and location is great, considering price.

I wasn’t even allowed to check in. I showed up. I wasn’t allowed to check in for the room I paid for” they said it’s full” how is it full when I have a reservation.

I called abead to see how much the deposit was was told there is no deposit get there the guy looks at me and asked for a deposit i think it was a race thing then he wouldnt cancel and refund me they kept my money .

Always a good place with good food, the only problem i had is that our group was big (11 people) and they sit us in different tables, i am not sure if bcuz most of the places in SF are tiny and didn't have the space... but i always enjoyed it☺

This is such an awesome place and one of the only restaurants in the San Francisco area that serves a wide variety of food as opposed to just one kind of food. You can go here with a family full of picky eaters and everybody will find something they want. The atmosphere is pretty awesome too. It might fall into the touristy category but I think that's okay if you're a tourist.

My go to place for breakfast when I'm in the area. Everything on the menu is worth trying. The service is always the best. This is a location of the chain. A small parking lot usually has a spot, except during some peak hours. Walking distance to a lot of motels so very convenient for overnight travellers.

Off street parking!! Classic diner look. Great service. Reasonable pricing. Clean. Wifi. What more could you ask for? Oh and some guys tried to break in the cars while we were having breakfast - so please put bags out of view and lock your car doors!
