The parking is terrible. $24 to self park and you have to pay through an app with QR code. You can only get up the property from the ends of the lot you can’t walk up anywhere in the middle, Front desk was meh. Was not greeted as a Hilton honors member. Was not asked any questions or offered any info about property at check in. Did not receive check out bill until after leaving property. When checking out was not asked how the stay was or told about my bill. The sink in the bathroom was leaking.

The staff and surroundings were amazing. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any requests I had. As for the surroundings it was beautiful with tall trees surrounding the property giving you the feeling of being in the forest. Great place to stay.

Loved everything about this hotel. Nothing beat waking up and sitting on the balcony, enveloped in the fog. It was the perfect distance for those who love windy drives. Staff was friendly and super helpful.

There was a little stain on the sofa in our bedroom and minor ring in the toilet but nothing that is a dealbreaker.

We were in the area for UCSC's family weekend. This was our 2nd stay. Everything was awesome from check in to check out. From the front desk staff to the restaurant staff to housekeeping..everyone was friendly and welcoming. We will make this our Hotel of choice when ever we visit the area. Thank U.
