Walking distance to united square and metro. Fitness center and business center is well maintained. Had a wonderful moment during happy hour. Staffs are very warm welcome. Really a good deal in SF for its price.

Service: The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic, thumbs up! 👍

Environment: It's quite convenient, but there are homeless people on the street behind, so it's best to avoid that area.

Facilities: The room itself is good, except for the soundproofing, which isn't great.

Overall, I'd recommend it.

Excellent front desk and housekeeping services. Friendly and helpful staff.
Clean and spacious room (but do not have a working chair in the room)
Convenient location in Downtown San Francisco, but note that some nearby regions may not be safe.

I flew in for a concert in San Francisco and stayed at this hotel — it was a wonderful experience. The interior was beautiful, and my room was huge, with two separate rooms! The staff was amazing, everyone was so polite. And by a lucky coincidence, the musicians from the concert I went to were staying at the same hotel, so I even got to chat with them a little. I’m so happy — thank you for such a great time! I’ll definitely come back!

The location of hotel is good. Free re-fillable water and free morning coffee are very impressive, you can definitely save a lot of money in the breakfast. A glass of complimentary house wine is bonus.

The room quality is fair and clean but dont expect too much. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is located at a good location--just 2 blocks from the Union Square, and 7-minute walk to Powell cable car station as well as Powell subway station. The room is clean and equipped with all necessary things, as well as free drinking water in a reusable bottle. Refillable drinking water and hot water are provided outside the room. There are 2 large and well decorated living rooms at the lobby. The hotel staff is helpful.

- random charges on the cards and with no explanation
- clean and good sound proof and ok location (2 streets away from the homeless though)

Extremely satisfied!

**Cleanliness:** The hotel felt very clean during my stay.

**Environment:** The location is great, very close to the市政广场 (City Square), just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a 'ding-ding' tram at the square that you can hop on and off freely.

**Facilities:** Also very good.

**Service:** Everything was excellent.

This place was almost completely empty when I entered for breakfast, and that made me question my decision to eat there. I had the eggs benedict, and they were delicious though on the high-priced side. I did not like the chairs that they used at the dining tables semicolon not having a back on a stool makes it very uncomfortable.

My wife and I had breakfast there. Staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great. Open floor plan and natural lighting adds for a nice atmosphere. The big plus was that the music was mostly 70's top 40 and the volume was subdued.

The service is so BAD here. The food is alright. The drinks are decent, but the service is sad. The food is over priced for what you get, expect to wait a long time for your food to arrive once you order. I don’t recommend this place ? This place is covfefe.

We were served pretty quickly, but the food took 45 minutes to get to us. People who arrived later than us got served first too. Check out the Eggs Benedict... or rather, the sad attempt at it.

Absolutely fabulous food, atmosphere and service. Mind you, the prices may seem high, but you get what you paid for. Great for large parties since servings are family style. I had to finalize the menu in advance, but you can customize it and even chose the title on the menu for the gathering.

What a charming place.

The restaurant is off an alley, which is hard to spot. The Le Colonial neon sign points the way. Outs an unassuming entrance, but once you get inside, it's marvelous. Looks to be an old Victorian how converted into a restaurant.

The food was great too. I wasn't wowed by their spring rolls, but the Pot An Pho was absolutely incredible.

Ok. Maybe my review is a little harsh. Normally I don't deduct for poor service. But they got my friends order completely wrong. As in wrong item. No offer of discounting barely an apology. We had a show to make so no chance of getting the right item. We requested another table but were told they had a reservation for the other table. It sat empty the entire time we were there.

Food would have been 4 star. Nothing spectacular. More upscale than most but flavors kind of flat.

I'd skip. Many other better choices in the area.

Came here for a team dinner with my company. Michelle made it easy to organize and order for everyone, while be conscious of dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong and tasty! Be aware: they have a dress code here!

Excellent location. Atmosphere definitely resembles old French colonial buildings in Saigon. Food was very good. Had the oxtail bowl. Bone marrow with mushrooms was amazing. Highly recommend for intimate evening.

Dinner was great. Came back the next day for Wednesday pork chop special and told by new manager that had to wait an hour for menu to be available. At 3.30pm At the same time she went ahead with her staff and seated a couple that came after us. When asked why they said oh sorry and too bad for you and everyone else that was waiting to spend money have to wait til 4.30. She said she was new and unable to handle the job.
Wow. Never will go to daily grill again. Spent 300 first night in town. I have never written a review but because it popped up on my phone this is the first and it had to be bad. Daily grill is scratched from my list.

Came in at 11:00 am, we sat at the bar thinking faster service. We were told the kitchen is switching from breakfast to lunch, had to wait 10 minutes before they could make food. 45 minutes later we received our lunch. There was a bartender switch after our order was placed, and it was a shame, the bartender that came in had no care for his customers, stress on his face with every request. A couple came in and waited 20 minutes to even get a greeting...poor service.

Best option for good food on Union Square. We have been there for 3 times last 2 days. Breakfast and dinner. Service is good and food is delicious.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner here with my wife. The place was packed but the food was still amazing and the server was very attentive and helpful. We loved it!
