This hotel is amazing in every way. It is super clean and well located. Best of all, the weekend staff is very helpful and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Probably some of the nicest and most attentive stafff I’ve seen in any hotel. Especially M.

The interior environment is good, but the room is very small. Although the location is good, there is a social shelter in San Francisco next door. It seems that there are homeless people.

The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. The location is very close to the city center, which is very convenient. The service staff is very nice and helpful in solving various problems. I am quite satisfied with this stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy, decorated with modern art, and the service is professional and enthusiastic. The only drawback is the environment. There are quite a few homeless people around. Sometimes people will greet you when you enter and exit the hotel even if you don't make eye contact. However, according to the local Uber driver, they want to sell you **, but you just don't buy it. But having said that, I still feel nervous when they greet you. Apart from this reason, the hotel is good in other aspects. It is very safe to go anywhere inside the hotel and you need a room card.

Very good service and quality, good location, few homeless people around. About 1000 meters from San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Japantown and Union Square. The room is a bit small, but the sanitation is very good. The stairs are beautiful 🤩

The room is very large, soundproofed, well-equipped, and has good hygiene. It is very quiet and comfortable to live in. The bed is also very large. The service is also very good. The location is very convenient!

This place was sooooo good! The pastrami was cooked to perfection. Simple meals with big flavor. This is a great place to kick back enjoy some down time with friends, family or other. There is a bar that you can sit at or tables and booths. Nice low key atmosphere. I definitely will be back! PS...the pickles are all you can eat.

Love tbis place!! The staff is always awesome!! The food is good! Last time we were there we had the roast beef with mashed potatoes it was delicious! Definitely comfort food!

Kitschy and unpretentious. It’s Cheers meets a scaled up dining hall, with a waiting line for hot ready to carve meats (buffalo to brisket), soup, and other filling food fare. There’s a full long bar, with many beers and plenty of seats. Help yourself to the keg of bottomless pickle slices while you wait. Tommy’s: Big. Beautiful. Sandwiches.

A classic. Their employees have worked there forever, which I always take as a good sign. Not fancy. Relaxed. Heavy but good food. Some options definitely better than others (BBQ beef sandwich one of the best; don't love their mashed potatoes). Overall an automatic 5 stars for being a consistent, welcoming, unpretentious San Francisco classic spot.

If you don't like Tommy's, you should get yourself checked out. I have such fond memories of eating at this old school San Francisco restaurant over the years. When you're hungry, you'd be hard pressed to find a heartier, more delicious meal. It's seriously like Thanksgiving every day at Tommy's. Love these guys. Great value, delicious food. The turkey plate with BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, and stuffing is my go-to. Comes with a salad if you dine in and comes with a delicious sourdough roll with butter too. Much love, Tommy's!

I thought this place was great. You could easily spend a dime here if you wanted to, but a decent set of sushi and some hot sake is also possible for a reasonable price.

There are also apparently karaoke rooms, but I didn't hear them at all.

Japanese restaurant on the main floor, private karaoke rooms in the basement. Huge selection of songs, great food that will be brought to the rooms, and super nice staff. We sang karaoke for 4 hours!

Outstanding food, even if in a bad neighborhood. Definitely worth the trip. We were in Thailand this past summer and it brought back great memories of that trip. Authentic ingredients and preparations.

As a Lover of Thai (though being an American), I was pretty disappointed with this food. Service was very friendly, quick & the ambiance was nice (hence what you are paying for - SF prices here). We had 5 different dishes at our table: soup was actually quite good but the rest were mediocre to disappointing. Poultry & Pork we're noted to "ground" in the meat dishes order - quality of the meat was questionable, being tough & over cooked. Another dish was found to be bland. Lastly, we had 2 individuals with G.I. issues after eating - and they usually have iron stomachs.

Needles to say, I suggest you go elsewhere....find better quality & pay less.
